my experience is mixed. The painters did an amazing job. I had issues when it came to scheduling my painting. There was lack of communication and follow through. I was also upset when I was told the paint would be rolled on and only the ceiling would be sprayed. This was totally false the whole house was sprayed and some of the house was “back rolled” only after I complained. I never heard the word back roll before that day. Rough start to the project. End result was beautiful.

The commitment to meet a deadline by Tyler was exceptional, as was the time dedicated to helping me select color schemes in my office by Rebecca. The painters Tito and Luis were detail oriented and committed to my satisfaction. The stain color was slightly off and Tito proceeded to spend at least a half-hour sanding down the wood frame in order to then reapply a better match. The work was also completed before our deadline. When I suddenly changed my mind on one of the paint colors, there was no frustration expressed, or significant delay. Will highly recommend this company to others.

Wayne was great to work with. Always professional, sending proposals in a timely manner, addressing any change in the original estimate, and discussing any issues we might have had before the job started . We confidently relied on his expertise and had a great result. Even with his schedule being jammed up what with all the May rains, he was able to squeeze our project in. Tyler and his crew did a fantastic job! They removed the popcorn ceiling throughout my townhome and you couldn't tell it had every been there! They also repaired a large hole in the ceiling and you couldn't tell where it once was. Their attention to detail on the door trim, baseboards and stair railing made the place look top notch! Tyler stayed in contact throughout the entire process and his team left the place cleaner than when they arrived! I would highly recommend this team as you definitely get what you pay for!

Colorado Commercial and Residential Painting did a wonderful job painting the interior of my home. This was the last step of a complete renovation of my townhome. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with and I could tell she really cared. She helped me find the perfect colors for my home, communicated regularly, and made sure the job was completed in a timely manner. The painters were extremely detailed, clean and professional. There was one small hiccup in the end: They left a few scratches in my new kitchen sink when cleaning their brushes. However, the Operations Manager, Kevin, came over and spent an hour buffing out the scratches until the sink looked good as new again. There was confusion on the final number because the painters did a little extra work, and CCRP offered to comp that unexpected cost. However, they did such a great job on my home and handling the sink issue that I wanted to pay them the full price anyway... and still, they made sure I paid a discounted price for the worry about the sink. This is a great company that does a quality job and will do anything it takes to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied in the end, before ever asking for payment. I would recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind that every dime they spend is worth it.

We were looking to get our popcorn ceiling removed and have our entire interior house painted. We researched and had 4-5 estimates. Rebecca and Tyler from CCR were one of them and while they were not the cheapest, the time and attention they showed us led us back to them. It was well worth it! Rebecca took the time to help us fit them into our budget and just as quickly Tyler and his crew were at our front door. Tyler and our painters were Excellent. They were prompt, friendly, clean, patient and professional. They did what they said they would always with kindness. (The painters needed 3 CASES of caulking to prep and fill all the cracks!) There were no surprises between the estimate and the actual cost. Because you were willing to negotiate and make us a great deal, we were able to break even with the insurance payout for our hail damage. The painters were extremely thorough and professional and we appreciate all the help that Wayne, the owner, gave us including excellent advice on color choice and a referral to someone who could fix our fascia/trim before the painting began. We did a dramatic change of color on our home exterior, and Brent brought samples to apply to our home to make sure we wouldn't have second thoughts once the process was underway. Juan and Clemente took great care to make sure their work measured up to our high expectations, and we couldn't be happier with their attention to detail and friendliness throughout. I don't usually do reviews, but these guys earned this one!

Brent the project manager was amazing. His knowledge of paint was extraordinary. He was very patient as I decided between 6 different paint samples to paint my entire house. Once I chose my paint, the very next day Brent and his crew showed up at 8am and began a big project of painting walls and ceilings of a 3,000 sq ft home that had been a rental. It was in desperate need of lots of wall repairs and covering up previous poor paint jobs. Within three days I had a beautifully painted house.Through the entire process he was very meticulous in making sure I was happy with everything and he always kept me informed of the progress. Even at the very end, there were some touch ups that needed to be done and he went through with me to mark everything that needed a touch up or clean up. He even came back and took very cool video and photos via a drone of the outside of my house. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and deliver a beautiful paint job well done. I will definitely use this company again as long as Brent is the project manager. This is our first home, and we were on a budget, so Rebecca worked out a way to give us everything we wanted within that number without compromising on quality.
