We hired CertaPro to paint the exterior of our home following a recent move. The salesman was very professional and thorough and promptly provided a very detailed estimate. The team was prompt and courteous and was able to seamlessly address a couple of overlooked items. They conspicuously took the time needed to do a very profssional job in prep, painting, and cleanup and took exceptional care during the process. These guys were amazing! We had a bad experience with a contractor, who left us with a lot of work left to do. We did what we could but when it came to the painting CertaPro really saved us. From start to finish they were all professionals and did what they said they'd do. The estimate was right on point and the work crew were just awesome. They went above and beyond, they helped set our expectations and more then met them. They communicated daily and even finished a day early, which was nice because we were in a hotel. There were no surprises when it came to payment and they didn't miss a thing when it came to the paint, everything they did looked amazing. I am so grateful to Kevin and his crew for helping us get threw a stressful new home purchase/move. If you want a professional company who will actually communicate with you and will meet or exceed the expectations they set out for you then give these guys a call. The crew was fantastic to work with. At no charge they came back to redo some interior work that wasn't to our satisfaction with the color shade (our fault not theirs). My wife and I used CertaPro Painters for an exterior house painting job that was long overdue. The experience working with CertaPro was very pleasant from beginning to completion of the project. From the initial walk through, the biding and pricing process, the actual painting of the house, until the final walk through we were amazed about the professionalism of everybody at CertaPro. The advice and recommendations that were given to us by CertaPro regarding colors, the type of paint to be used, the timing, and even the color scheme were perfect! The paint team did a great job, they really care about the project, making sure that the house would look awesome after they’re done (and it does!!), checked with us several times during the process making sure that we’re good with everything, and always communicated with us. We dealt with JonMarc at first, then Karen at the office, and then Juan and his paint team and everybody was great to work with. After the job was done we literally walked around the house followed by two people from the paint team who had paint buckets in their hands to touch up anything we pointed out. That was awesome!! Next year we’re planning on an interior paint job and will most definitely use CertaPro again! Klaus and Linda

We just had the outside of our house painted. Wow! The men on this painting crew were exceptional. Not only did Juan and his team do a great job, they were timely and even willing to work over the weekend to avoid the potential for rain in the forecast. Also, the customer service team and job supervisor were on top of every need we had. I would recommend calling CertaPro in Colorado Springs or Castle Rock directly, they're great to work with. I would not recommend calling the national call center (sometimes you get sent there when you call; not sure why?). The national call center was the only painful part of the process. I figured out how to avoid them and call Karen and/or Jon Marc directly. They saved a lot of potential headaches, wasted time, and much more. I couldn't be happier with the job CertaPro did. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get painting done. Tim

In a word, they were EXCEPTIONAL! Damon was our first introduction to CertaPro when he came out to do an estimate - he was friendly, professional, polite and very thorough. Alfonso and his team that did the painting were top notch! They were so efficient, polite, professional and left the job without any trace of being here with exception of the painting that they did an amazing job on. Matt kept us aware of a schedule blip that occurred due to the weather and follow-up with us promptly after the work was completed, he too was professional and polite. Rarely do find you service like this anymore. We would hire them again in an instant!
