This company has the worst communication ever. Saw they had glowing reviews on yelp so contacted them to get an estimate on doing some interior painting. I had done the bulk of it myself to save money...only needed them to finish areas i could not reach. The salesman came out and he was so kind working with me to find a time to meet as i work long hours. Came back with a price that was over budget, but he was nice and made me feel like i was going to get a quality result so i told him that if we could get a few details worked out and a start date in two weeks i would hire them. However thats when the problems started. The estimate was very basic, with the number of walls and that i was to put a piece of tape on the wall to indicate which was to be painted. Im a very detailed person and i wanted the estimate to read with the exact walls and areas that were to be done. I emailed the salesman and waited for a response. Well he went on vacation. So i called the owner and explained my concerns. He asked me to email him photos and he would figure it out. Emailed him...nothing from him. The salesman came back and was surpised i called the owner. However got the estimate wording very detailed. I then asked him if we could still get the job done the week we had discussed. He said yes it was possible. Got a call the friday before from the project manger who had concerns about the painting. He made an appointment for monday to drop by and look over the work. Came Monday and while he was concerned about matching to the painting id done he said it was doable and he would call me by Tuesday night to let me know when they were coming. By Tuesday night no phone call. So i emailed the salesman and told him if i didnt appreciate the lack of communication and if didnt have a start date and time id find someone else. Well about an hour later he emails back saying work would start either Thursday, friday or Saturday.....and they may have to charge me more money as they may have to blend into the work thats already done. Well guess what.....its saturday 3pm and there is no one here painting my house. As a company if they cant do the job they should have the common courtesy to at least contact me. They wasted my time which is so unprofessional.

I can't speak to their quality, because they never responded! Had someone come out, and he was to get back to me with a bid. A few days later, I texted him....no response. I gave the company a call, and was told he would get back to me that day. A couple of weeks have gone by, and I have not heard back.

Matthew was our Certa Pro representative. He was extremely knowledgeable about their entire collection of paints. He helped us select various shades for the entire interior of our house that both matched our tastes but would also hold up well in the current housing marking in case we decide to sell! Not only does our house now feel much more like our own personal home, but we definitely have a color scheme that is current and modern! Our painting day had to be rescheduled due to weather issues on a couple of their other jobs, but Matthew quickly worked with us to get them rescheduled ASAP and still managed to have the painting done within our needed timeline. Talk about customer service! The actual painters that came were very professional and put their nose to the grindstone. It barely took them two days to finish our ENTIRE house sans basement. That includes everything from almost all rooms, and different colors on the walls AND ceiling(s) in some cases. I was beyond impressed. Past that, they did an INCREDIBLE job. Everything looked great. I noticed REALLY small places here or there that needed be touched up (difficult to tell until the paint is fully set and dry), and they fixed those spots up immediately Long story short, Matthew and his team did an excellent job with our home and I'd highly recommend him and this company to paint your home, if you want the job done extremely well and for a great price that is.

Certapro came out to give me an estimate when I moved into my new home. The sales person was on time and professional. His estimate wasn't the highest or the lowest but he was also able to help with some color ideas that really looked great. The painters were very respectful and did a great job. The finished product was a close to perfect as could be. I'm a stickler for straight lines (which is way I didn't paint it myself). Will definitely have them out to paint again for future projects.

Matt came to the house to give us an estimate for our garages. We expressed to him we wanted to proceed with the job quickly since our belongings have been sitting in our back yard and on our patio for over 3 weeks. He understood and said he would write up an estimate right away. He stopped by on a Wed and we haven't heard from him since. I am writing this post on the following Tues. I emailed and texted him numerous times. No response. This guy is flake! Had another painting company stop yesterday and received an estimate same day.

CertaPro just finished painting my residence. I was impressed not only with the quality of the job, but the professionalism of their office and the job supervisor. Their guy who came out and gave us an estimate was very professional, and did a great job in explaining the entire process and how he came up the final cost. We took some time in finally pulling the trigger, but when I called months later, they still had all my information and quickly helped close the deal and get me into their production schedule. Their job supervisor called in advance and confirmed their start date. When they started, we needed to have them paint our deck rails - which wasn't in our original contract because he changed our minds to replace it; no problem. The crew took their time and did a really good job in covering and taping the doors, windows, etc. - so when they painted, their was no overspray and it looked great. The crew checked with us on the small things: did we want the Christmas light hooks removed? Did we want our street address #s highlighted by the punch color as an background (great idea - looks fantastic). The supervisor took us around the entire house pointing out all the details to which they paid attention. When I pulled up in the driveway after work, not only did my home look great, but the crew made sure that the garage door seals were not stuck, so my garage door opener had no problems trying to open my door. These guys know their craft, and their attention to detail was impressive (they even fixed my previous errors I caused when I tried to paint my deck rails last year...) I will not say these guys were cheap, but I've seen some neighbors go cheap and their paint crews did a real speed job and seemed to not have the detailed quality job I received. The bottom line: CertaPro of Parker did a very professional job at a fair price that was worth the money to me, as I believe the quality details will not only protect my home, but makes it stand out to those who know what to look for. If your home is important to you, and you want it to look good - not cheap, CertaPro is worth the fair price.

My experience with CertaPro was excellent. I interviewed three painting companies before hiring CertaPro. Matthew D, the sales designer, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with colors and paint. His quote for our job was very comprehensive. He took the time to explain everything and was easy to contact with questions we had about the job. Herman, and his crew of two other painters were excellent. Herman was extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and paid close attention to detail. The carpentry work that Herman had to complete to replace trim was perfect, and there was quite a few trim boards that needed replaced. All clean-up was completed by them when the job was finished. I have received numerous complements from neighbors and family after our house was painted. I was given a time-line on when the job would start and how long it would take and that time-line was followed. After a home remodeling nightmare by another company, CertaPro has restored my faith in contractors. I would definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend CertaPro to anyone.

Weather delayed them but they were able to get the entire interior done within a few days which was still within expectations so was very happy by the time we go moved in.

The sales rep was professional and communicative. He listened to my concerns and questions and responded promptly. My project was scheduled about 2-3 weeks out, but that may be normal for any exterior painting contractor, especially with the heavy rain a few days prior. Personally, I would rather have the project pushed because of the weather than to have them work through it. Obviously, it's not a good idea to paint in the rain. I was told that the foreman would call a few days before the week of the project to schedule a specific date/time to begin. I didn't receive a call when I expected to, so I just called them myself and spoke with them about the schedule. Other than that, the crew was professional, detail oriented, quiet, and clean. The final job turned out great. As for the cost, they were far more reasonable than some of the other quotes that I had received. I would definitely recommend them, but you may need to reach out to them to verify/confirm the initial start dates.

We had great experience with Certpro! The entire process from choosing the paint colors to the final completion, was wonderful. Ross is attentive to our needs and was friendly to work with. He made this big project as painless as possible. The painting crew are very professional in cleaning up after themselves and correcting issues right away and completed their project a day early than expected. Overall we are a satisfied customers and will definitely hire certa-pro again for our next painting project!

We set up to paint, then cancelled, then decided to do it with no definite date to start. Then my mom passed away, and we hoped to get it done before family came into town. The beginning worried up, but it turned out to be a communication glitch in their office. Certainly Pro bent over backwards to make it right. Then, Mark and his crew did an amazing job. The paint looks beautiful. They were patient with us and the dogs, and they finished fast completely cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.

I just want people to know that my entire experience with CertaPro has been nothing but nightmare. My kitchen is not the way it's supposed to be. Mismatched colors, gloomy. Far from what they promised it would be after the project. And nobody wants to take responsibility now. I'm on my own!
