I hired CertaPro Painters to paint my entire lower lever (basement). I was a bit concerned about my color choices given it was a dark space but, Mike, and Becky Lane and the job site supervisor, Louie, helped me pick areas where white could be added to lighten the space. The results, beautiful. I am 83 and spend a lot of time in this space and now it makes me happy. CeraPro made the process easy, too, working around my schedule. I would highly recommend them, they not only provided great painting but, they really provided personal service and cared about my needs through out the process.

Their estimate was extremely high and much higher than other companies in town. I had to ask the salesman for a portfolio as if he wasnt going to provide it unless I asked. Great experience! From estimate to finish - getting the exterior of our home painted was painless and fast. The sales person and owner were very friendly and easy to work with and the paint crew was polite, hard working and competent! They diligently prepped the siding before painting and the end result looks great! Pricing is competitive. Would hire them again!

It was clear throughout the whole project that he is the kind of businessman that understands the importance of a job done right and making sure his customer is happy from start to finish. I would happily recommend CertaPro and use them again.

I’m not sure how this business is getting so many good reviews. Scheduled time and day to have some interior work done on my house and the morning of I called to confirm what time they’ll be here. They took a message as I was calling a call center in New York. I got a call later in the morning to have them tell me the painter will be there at 9a. Since the lady was calling me at 945a I was confident she didn’t have a clue. She then tells me no painter is coming and she’ll call me in a few to reschedule. Crickets for 3 days now. Will never call or do business with them again!

I believe in reviewing a company if they do a good or bad job. They did a great job. There are a lot of painters out there so its very hard to chose the right person for the job. I had numerous quotes and I found Mike was more focused on making sure he looked at the entire house to insure the job would be done correctly. I had companies come out and try to sell me their company more than paying attention to the house and job at hand. Becky was also very helpful. I was looking for a specific paint for my theater room and found exactly what i was looking for. If you need your house painted give them a call.
