We just had our entire house painted by certapro and I have to say I was super impressed with everyone I dealt with. Zach came and gave us an estimate and he couldn’t have been nicer. I instantly felt comfortable working with him and confident that he would send us great painters. I have a newborn baby and an almost 2 year old and we would be at home the whole time and he reassured me that wouldn’t be a problem. Because we had a contract and spent over $1,000 we got a free hour with their paint consultant Nicki- OMG SHE WAS AMAZING! She helped with every color and she was spot on with everything!! The painters were a 3 person crew of brother led by Alfonso and they were fantastic! They were so quiet and respectful of our kids and their sleeping. Each morning we would go over what rooms to do that day and they would move all the furitnure, which was beyond helpful.The smell of paint was so faint and they never left our house a wreck. They were professional, friendly, fast and did excellent work! My husband and I were thrilled to support this local castle rock company and would use them again in a heartbeat! Everyone we dealt with were so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them, plus their pricing was GREAT!!

I researched painting companies before working with CertaPro and was amazed by the great reviews. However, the team we had tried to skimp on the prep work (didn't do much caulking or priming). It was a full-time job for 3 days trying to manage the crew. The crew chief often arrived late and left early. When he was gone the team was very sloppy - getting paint all over the concrete surfaces and our deck. They failed to show up the final day for the walk-through. I had to call to learn that the crew chief had a vehicle break down and was told they'd "get to us eventually" and that they had "other customers". We had already been pushed back for the person in front of us but now they were unwilling to reciprocate. We finally were able to get the crew to come out the next day. They spent less than 2 hours. My husband and I finally said they could go because what was left was down to what we could manage to touch up. I don't know if we had a different crew from everyone else but it was clear we weren't a priority.

We couldn't have asked for better quality and service! The estimate was spot on with no additional or hidden costs. The designer was great to work with and had great ideas for color combinations. Our living and dinning areas are very open spaced with high ceilings so we were struggling to decide where to stop one color and start another. Nikki helped us a lot to make that decision! The painters were on time, neat and did a phenomenal job! They also made sure our (very curious) cat was succured and wouldn't try to help paint the walls. It was great leaving for the day and coming home to a well painted interior. We would definitely use these guys again!

The estimator was punctual, professional, efficient, thoroughly explained the rest of the process and left us with a detailed, written proposal. We chose to use CertaPro due to the fairness of the price (they were the lowest of multiple proposals), their availability to complete the work in a timely manner, and the professionalism of the estimator and the written proposal. Their warranty, financing options and reputation sealed the deal for us. The final price matched the initial estimate to the penny! From the moment we gave them our business the office staff was very helpful in terms of scheduling and following up with us re: HOA approval status appropriately prior to our scheduled start date. Web-based tools were very helpful when it came to color selection. The work crew did a great job... showed up on time, were professional, kind, courteous, respectful of our property, cleaned up the job site at the end of every day, and most importantly performed high-quality work. Work performed included prep work (power wash and minor carpentry fixes) and external painting of the house including the deck. We were extremely pleased with the finished product, and their QA was excellent. I inspected their work the evening before their final work day and noticed a few imperfections that I was planning on asking them to touch-up the following day prior to wrapping up the job... I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had identified and fixed every single issue through their own inspections prior to our final inspection walk! We highly recommend CertaPro and will be using them again for any future painting needs.

It has been several week since the CertaPro painters finished painting the outside of our home. I did not do a review right away as I wanted time to examine for any flaws or mistakes. So far I have found no reason to call CertaPro to have any items fixed or done over. They did a very good job at a reasonable price. The crew that did our house did very good work. The prep was done quickly and efficiently and the taping left no areas uncovered. The spray work was done very carefully and expertly with the strokes done in such a way that all of the areas received two coats. The trim was also done very efficiently and neatly. There was no areas that I can examine that was not covered with a sufficient amount of paint. Our house is one side of a paired home and the crew of four painters completed the project (both homes) in just two days. We have no complaints about the cleanup after the first day and after the project was completed. I anticipate that I will use CertaPro for future painting projects.

CertaPro Castle Rock just completed the exterior window and gutter painting at our home in Larkspur. There are dozens of windows and intricate window panes and probably 10 exterior doors they painted flawlessly and quickly. You expect to have some issues when you hire contractors but I am thrilled to say we had no snags with the outstanding work the painting professionals did. We couldn't be happier. Certapro painted the exterior of our home and did a fantastic job. Alan met with us prior to the job to explain in detail everything that was going to happen during their painting process. They powerwashed the exterior, caulked and sealed any areas that needed it, and did a 4 color paint job on the exterior of the home. From the time I signed the contract it was only four days before the job was completed. The crew (I recommend Pedro's crew) did an excellent job and worked very hard from start to finish. The price and discount promotions were disclosed up front. Other estimates we received had a very high price up front and only offered a discount as we were sending them out the door. We decided to upgrade the paint to Sherwin Williams Resilience, and were only charged the actual cost of the upgrade, not some inflated upgrade fee. Beware of other competitors trying to advertise "the best warranty in the business". These competitors offer a 7 to 14 year warranty, but essentially charge you for two paint jobs up front. Certapro does not do this. I was very happy with the experience and our home looks great. I'm already in the process of contracting an interior paint job with Certapro.

There were changes after my initial plan when the painters arrived and started and then we all realized, oops...we can’t do an accent wall there with the arches or that the sheen I wanted for the railings would wear really quickly. CertaPro Castle Rock just completed the exterior window and gutter painting at our home in Larkspur. There are dozens of windows and intricate window panes and probably 10 exterior doors they painted flawlessly and quickly. Certapro painted the exterior of our home and did a fantastic job. Alan met with us prior to the job to explain in detail everything that was going to happen during their painting process. They powerwashed the exterior, caulked and sealed any areas that needed it, and did a 4 color paint job on the exterior of the home. From the time I signed the contract it was only four days before the job was completed. The crew (I recommend Pedro's crew) did an excellent job and worked very hard from start to finish. The price and discount promotions were disclosed up front. Other estimates we received had a very high price up front and only offered a discount as we were sending them out the door. We decided to upgrade the paint to Sherwin Williams Resilience, and were only charged the actual cost of the upgrade, not some inflated upgrade fee. Beware of other competitors trying to advertise "the best warranty in the business". These competitors offer a 7 to 14 year warranty, but essentially charge you for two paint jobs up front. Certapro does not do this. I was very happy with the experience and our home looks great. I'm already in the process of contracting an interior paint job with Certapro.

The office owner, Kevin, was the one who came out for the estimate, including a walk-around and a review of the painting process. I felt very comfortable talking to him and felt good about his integrity and knew he would back up his work. Kevin always responded to my calls and stopped by several times to address my questions and concerns. There are a lot of painting companies, all with different sales pitches and products, but we decided on using Kevin’s firm, as they offered a competitive price and I had confidence in his quality of work to paint the exterior of our house. From there, I was quickly connected to the office manager to coordinate scheduling and they even provided us with a painting consultant (for free) to help us decide on the paint colors. The painting crew (led by Alfonso) came out at 8:00am and worked all day until 7:30pm (non-stop) and returned the next morning. The crew were on the quiet side, but very nice and professional – easy to work with. I walked around the house with the crew lead, talking about all the concerns and little touches we needed for fixing. I never saw them taking breaks or even having lunch – are they human? The crew even helped me put up sets of shutters that I had a hard time painting and installing in the past. The crew cleaned up the area each day and were very respectful of our yard (and pets). Our house has sharp, steep rooflines and brick, so not an easy project, but the crew did an incredible job and finished in 2 days! n a nutshell, I am very happy with the company, the people, and highly recommend using this particular CertaPro branch for any painting needs and will certainly use them again.
