Outstanding job! Called 6 different roofers for quotes and only 2 showed... Out of the 2, premier provided an itemized quote and took the extra time to explain the process step by step, the warranty, and the insurance that covers his company and crew. Might not be the cheapest but over the top proffessional and absolutely no corners cut. Crew was very polite and profession... Job was complete perfectly down to the last detail.... Its been a week and i havent found a single nail on the property. Couldnt be happier and will recommend to anybody that ask for a reference!

My wife and I are first time homeowners in Cabot. When I found out that our chimney was leaking I called Premier Roofing. I really appreciate the service that Keith provided. He answered the phone when I called, he showed up when he said he would show up, and he did what he said he was going to do which was fix the leak in a timely manner. He replaced the chimney flashing first and ended up tracing the leak back to the grout on the top of the chimney. At no extra charge he came back and sealed up the grout. After the sealant cured we went on the roof together with the garden hose and he crawled up in the attic with me just to make sure. Keith and his crew are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. What I liked was that Keith took the time to communicate to me and my wife what the problem was and what he did to fix it.

First rate experience from the work estimate thru the construction work to the completion of the project. I have a small home, it took the crew about 1/2 day to strip off the old shingles, repair decking, lay down new felt and shingles. The Premier Roofing web site has a tool where you can choose the shingle color and type giving a visual representation, they also utilize electronic signatures for the contract saving multiple trips to my home. Crew was respectful, laid tarps around house to catch debris, used a large rolling magnet to pick up nails around my house when they finished the work. They swept my deck and I was impressed with how quickly the work was completed. I would recommend Premier Roofing to anybody.

Premier Roofing replaced the chimney and surrounding roofing material on the house we live in. It was leaking bad and was wrecking the sheetrock on the ceiling below. He and his crew did a marvelous job, finishing on time and exactly at the amount that was estimated. The chimney looks great and more importantly doesn't leak. Keith and the Premier team did a great job for us on our roof replacement. We suffered storm damage to the roof of our house and two out buildings during a strong spring storm. We contacted Keith and he had someone out quickly to make emergency repairs prior to the next round of heavy rain that was coming the following day. Prior to making a decision on the roof replacements after the emergency repairs were done, we contacted two other recommended roofing contractors in addition to Premier for quotes. There was no comparison in the level of detail and communication Premier provided in their quote and the quote process compared to the competition. And best of all, Premier's quote was the lowest of the bunch. Premier is very professional in the way they documented the project. Everything was in writing and spelled out in detail. Their electronic documentation system made the process of reviewing and signing everything quick and easy. The shingle color selection tool Premier has on their website was very helpful in making the color selection. We felt much more comfortable with our color selection after seeing all the options on houses similar to ours. We wouldn't have had that same level of comfort if we had to pick based solely on small sample blocks. Keith was very open with us on the timing of the project - when they could start and how long it would take. They worked with us to make sure the timing worked for our schedule. There was a weather delay getting our project started, but they were able to get the whole job finished during the week we had scheduled. They even came out on Saturday to finish everything up so the project didn't run over into the next week. They did a good job protecting the areas around the house from roof debris, and the final clean-up was thorough. You couldn't even tell they had been there. We are very pleased with the roof itself. It looks great and has already been tested through several hard rains with no issues at all. We had the misfortune of having to deal with our mortgage company's loss-draft third-party contractor to distribute insurance proceeds to pay for the repairs. The seemingly endless bureaucratic hurdles we had to deal with from the loss-draft department was infuriating at times, but Keith helped us through it by promptly getting us all the documentation they required - all without complaint despite the ridiculous nature of it all. In conclusion, we would highly recommend Premier Roofing and Keith and his team. I highly doubt you will find a more professional, courteous and quality roofer in the area.

It’s not often that I bother to leave a review for a business. Quite frankly, these days I don’t often find the level of service provided to be worthy of endorsement and praise. But Premier Roofing of Cabot, AR is truly an exception. As with many other homes in this area, hail damage created a need for a total roof replacement on both my house and my guest house. When I began my research to find a reputable and well-established roofing company in this area, I was surprised to find many negative reviews, which concerned me. But when I came to Premier Roofing, all I found were positive and complimentary reviews. So, I contacted them and am certainly glad I did. Keith and his crew proved themselves to be professional, courteous, helpful, thoughtful, and skilled at their jobs. The cost was reasonable and the quality of the finished job was excellent. I work for a local small business in Cabot as their building manager. We have acquired an older building that has been in need of tlc since we purchased it. Needless to say, I have dealt with NUMEROUS contractors for various tasks. I was left to my own devices to contract for our roofing needs and chose to work with Keith and his team at Premier Roofing. I was surprised to be SURPRISED for a change. He conducts his business in what appears to be the most ethical way possible. He was on time EVERY time, didn't waste my time, never talked down to me (as a woman) completed the job as promised and held basically within the estimate quoted. We used his company twice. The first time was for a patch repair, and then about 11 months later, we used him for a complete re-roof. Having dealt with many types of contractors it was refreshing to deal with someone of a high professional demeanor. I will HIGHLY recommend this company to any friends and colleagues who may be in the market for roofing needs.

Premier Roofing was wonderful!!!! We had a nasty leak around our fireplace and several other areas. A previous roofer we had worked with came and looked but could not be bothered to give us a quote. Premier Roofing was a pleasure to work with! The contract was straight forward and easy to understand (no hidden cost). The crew was on time, finished the job per the contracted dates, and cleaned up behind themselves. We will definitely use them for future jobs at our main residence as well as out rental. Asked for a roof inspection because I found some damaged shingles and signs of possible problems with other areas. Keith was very friendly and did not charge for the inspection even though he said he didn't think there was any widespread or systemic problem. If I do have any problems will call them again! So a couple years later I noticed some shingles had slipped. Called Keith out for another look. Wind and hail damage. He met with the adjuster and insurance covered replacement of the whole roof. The process was very smooth and his crew even moved and put back some stuff in the yard I didn't think about needing to be moved out of the way.

The roof on my house suffered some major hail and wind damage recently, so I called Premier Roofing for a quote. Keith came up with a very reasonable price, and their web site was really user-friendly when it came time to choose a style and color for the new shingles. Other contractors couldn't begin the job for 2 - 3 weeks, but Premier had the new shingles delivered and began working in 5 days! And even though the temperatures were in the low to mid 90's during the 3 days their employees worked on my roof, they worked from about 7:30 AM to 8:45 PM the first 2 days. I couldn't believe their work ethic!! I was worried that cleaning up the huge piles of old shingles and felt paper would not be done completely, but the Premier employees not only picked up all the old materials, they also raked up the ground to make sure they collected the small pieces. I was amazed!! I was really pleased with all aspects of the work Premier Roofing did for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

Their contract is designed to protect the company only, get an attorney. Their word and handshake means nothing as the contract overrides all of that. Buyer be aware. I was left a mess to pick up for a premium price. I was also expected to pay the remaining portion of the roofing job before a walk around was performed.

I have owned my house for eight years now and the my neighbor told me that the previous owners always had to hire someone to fix the leaky chimney. She said they paid for it to be fixed at least 4 to 5 times within a 10 year period. I had a new roof put on it 2 years ago (by someone I found on Angie's List) and the chimney started leaking, but when I called to take advantage of my 5 year labor warranty I was told they are out of business. I googled roofs and chimney and the first company that popped up was Premier Roofing LLC, so I looked all through their web page and came to a chimney gallery! Lindsey and Keith are so nice and respectful and Keith did an awesome job on my chimney. He took before and after pictures so I could see the work that had to be done and the finished product. His work is very clean and now I have a lifetime warranty on my chimney repair. They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny and they are available 24 hours per day 7 days a week.

The proposal also included his "resume" in the Roofing business,and local organizations he belongs to. His crew did an excellent job of removing the old roof down to the wood decking, replacing any wood with water damage and installing the new roof. Exceptional. We purchased a very nice home last year and to our surprise, the roof started leaking near the chimney. Keith came out the same day and inspected it. It was discovered the prior owner hired someone to put a "band-aid" on it, which failed and caused our leak. Keith explained everything up front and offered a lifetime no-leak warranty on his work. He custom created the metal flashing to fit our chimney and I have full confidence I will never have to worry about it leaking again! Great job Premier Roofing! You get what you pay for!!! As a result of using a cheep window company 2 or 3 years ago, and the 1/2 gap below a bathroom window left UNSEALED by the owners nephew, I had to pay to remove the mold, then pay to put in a new floor and remodel my bathroom. Of coarse I used cheep contractors to do the work and the result was about the same, only this time the leak was coming through cracked tiles at the top of the window!! This was a result of a roofer who repaired my soffit and fascia, all the time knowing that I had issues in the valley on the roof. I tried from the end of October until the end of December to get the roofer back to stop the leak which was going to ruin all the work that I just paid for! With winter around the corner I went to the head contractor of the remodeling project, the same person who recommended the roofer, hoping to use his influence to "FIX THIS MESS!" Not a thing was done. After calling the Arkansas contractors licensing board I found out that residential work in my county didn't require a contractor to be bonded. They couldn't even find the roofer listed. I've never been so frustrated and down cast in my life. Finally my daughter called Keith and asked him to please stop by my house and give us a second opinion. It cost me more than I hoped, but the truth is, it was well worth it! Keith is honest, has integrity, and the knowledge I needed desperately. He looked at my Video of the rain leaking through the cracked tiles, then went up on the roof and in 1/2 hr. Keith told me what needed to happen to stop the leaking. He had some one out as soon as I could sign the contract. He also fixed my shop roof that was left unfinished, and covered with a tarp, by the first roofer. All in all I paid Keith about 1/2 the cost of fixing what cheep, dishonest contractors, who have no conscience charged me! Its been 2 months, and I've been repairing the shoddy work of the contractor who remodeled the bathroom. Heavy rain outside but not a drop inside my bathroom! I'll tell you another time about squirrels that set up house in my attic while my soffit and fascia were left uncovered!!! Long story short "you get what you pay for"!!!
