I've never left a review for anything and generally am not bothered to do so. This all changed with PI roofing. They installed flat roofing less than a year ago and it started to leak recently. They have since replaced said roofing, but are currently refusing to take responsibility for the piss poor job they did on our car port(there is actually water underneath the roofing they laid down, probably rotting the wood). We've been dealing with the carport saga for months. Initially they said they came out and fixed it, but clearly the problem has never been resolved. Today they said they were never contracted to do the work, which is wrong. Still waiting on a call back. Would love to chat with the owner. Never have I dealt with this kind of incompetence.

repaired the entire roof of the house. after a few weeks, noticed leaking water in the garage. ceiling and the walls. PI Roofing admitted that their subcontractor failed to install the roof correctly in that area. PI have since corrected the roof but have yet to repair the damage the water has caused in the garage. Water was pouring down the walls and the ceiling. Lawyers are now involved.

Clad from PI Roof came to my house to do the free estimate. When he saw this is a new construction, he was reluctant to inspect. After we prompted him, he just looked at two spots on the edge but did not walk through on top of the roof. When I asked him for a report, he simply took pictures from my home inspection report and sent it to me. That is ridiculous! Why we need you to be here? Since he did not go on top and did not give me any information, I turned to Arkansas Roof for the free inspection. Arkansas guy did climb on top and inspect thoroughly. A lot of problems are found and discussed. So PI Roof does not do what they are supposed to do. They are not professional. Stay away from them if you can.

They installed a roof for me and did a very good job. They have multiple crews working at different places, and a few guys that run around and check up on them. And if they're not continually up to par someone gets canned. Can we do this for Congress as well? Or would we be voting for the wrong lizard? (See Douglas Adams)

On the first day, the first subcontractors who were removing shingles worked hard for about two hours. Their trailer had a flat with a full load. It sat for the weekend on the axle & broke our driveway. then, unexpected additional cost. I thought we had it worked out, additional $4000.00 & soffit work included. Absolutely horrible communication and planning. Did a terrible job replacing the standing seam metal and tore up more than they fixed. I asked them to stop what they were doing and to find someone more qualified to finish the job. Had to wait 2 months to get it fixed and the house was left tore apart in the mean time. I have edited my initial review because PI did respond to my concerns after reading my Google review. --Make sure to have good communication with your project manager. I would have liked more involvement than showing up on the first day and a week after the job was done. I desperately needed advice and someone to help make sure the job was done correctly. --Make sure that the bin to catch old roofing is not so close to your house that shingles damage your exterior when being thrown down. I didn't request it to be moved back, therefore I had roofing glue and small scratches on my garage door that I've had to scrub off, and will eventually have to re-paint because the metal is now exposed in certain places. --Look at your roof from inside the attic to see if you need to consider tarping portions of your attic. There was a complete mess left up there, and I could have avoided a lot of that had I known I should have put down some tarps. --I collected over 100 nails from my driveway and around the house. I believe they forgot to roll the driveway completely, therefore I got nails in my tires the first time I pulled up. So check that, or even ask to do some rolling of the magnet yourself to be sure.

I had PI Roofing install leafless gutters back in 2014. I was told it had a lifetime warranty. 4 years later 2 of the retainers holding the downspouts have broken. I called and asked if this was covered under warranty. They sent someone out to check it. I was told the installation was covered for only one year and then charged $49 for a service call. I was told it would cost over $300 to fix two retainers and it would be better to hire a local handyman to fix them instead. I was not told before I would have to pay a service call fee just to check if something was under warranty or not. I feel like an idiot now because i spent thousands of dollars purchasing a new gutter system that they will not warranty. I had expected them to have pride in their craftsmanship and just fix two simple retainers. Now, I have to fix it myself and i wasted $49 for nothing. How can something have a lifetime warranty but only a one year installation warranty if it all part of the same gutter system? I feel like an idiot for ever having used them. I paid thousands and they won't help me out now. They just lost a customer!

Have a small leak in roof had to find, though based on advertising PI roofing would be the company to help. The two guys that cam out, the first they they did was tell me how I needed to replace all my vents and they would give me a special deal because they were put in wrong. The vents have been that way for 15 years without any problems..they spent 15 minutes and "couldn't find the problem", tried again to push work I didn't need. They offered to use special industrial strong caulking around the area the "thought" was causing the leak, they charged me $300 for 30 minutes, threw the empty caulking container (1) that was general use caulking from Wal-Mart!!! behind my rose bushes, didn't even bother to throw it in the garbage located 10 feet away! I would never, ever use PI roofing again. Not trustworthy, can not do the job, and push products you do not need.

After they removed the ridge vent from my house and did not replace it even after I asked repeatedly if it were going to cause a problem, PI Roofing essentially said "trust us" that it would be fine. 5 years later, after the warranty period had ended, my ceiling started to mildew. This year when I was told the mildew was caused by the lack of a ridge vent, and PI AGREED I needed a ridge vent to remove the moisture, PI Roofing then changed its position to "something must have changed" to cause the problem and refused to replace the ridge vent PI Roofing removed without permission. All I asked was that PI Roofing admit their mistake in leaving off my ridge vent and just fix it. PI Roofing did not correct their mistake. They ADMITTED that they made a mistake and then changed their story!

11/15/2018 I believe in second chances but neither chance was correct. I hired PIR to repair two separate leaks to the roof of my employer. I am the Operations manager. In both occurrences I was overcharged. I was able to have the first one resolved and I am working on having the second charge corrected now, but the first repair was never actually repaired as I ended up making the repair myself. The second chance the hole was repaired but instead of the quoted new metal panel being installed, an 8"x8" piece of cloth was used with (Gaco) latex sealant ($300 to patch nickel sized hole with cloth and latex). I was assured three times that the invoicing would be correct, since they were deviating from the signed quote, but it was not. I was still invoiced for the metal panel. I will once again make this repair myself. Their is a disconnect from what the sales/office quote and what the operations team actually do. It appears that the operations team are on their own mission separated from management. *Update I received the updated pricing to reflect the change in repair methods but no apology. Nothing to communicate that they recognized that they had provided poor service twice and inaccurately overcharged me twice. Beware.

We've had a leak in our roof (from what we thought was skylights) for awhile. After having two other contractors look at and do repairs, the leak was bad enough to do interior damages and file an insurance claim. Afterwards, I contacted four other contractors to come out for repair. One was nice enough to tell us he wouldn't work on it unless he was replacing the entire roof. Some came out to give bids and never showed up again. Some never showed to start with. At my rope's end, my wife contacted PI roofing. Chad came out to the house, looked at everything, and most importantly listened to my wife. They both agreed the skylights were the likely problem and we decided to have them both removed. PI roofing was out within a month and the job was done within a few hours for an affordable price. After a couple of days, the rain came back and so did our primary leak. Feeling deflated, my wife contacted Chad and he came back (when it was raining none the less) and the leak was not happening. Perplexed, I agreed to keep an eye on it get a video when I saw it again. Less than a week later, heavy rain moved in and the leak was back. Crawling around in the attic, I was able to get a video and send to Chad. No kidding, the next day after I sent him the video he was out on my roof trying to pinpoint the culprit. Another small round of repairs and we're hoping all is resolved. Going from not having contractors show up to take my money to having one that won't quit until the problem is resolved makes PI Roofing, and especially Chad, the only company that will EVER touch my roof again. If you need any roofing work done, there is only one choice to make in my opinion. Hat's off to the entire PI Roofing team to exemplify what superior customer service really means!

Biggest nightmare! Removed roof the day of massive severe thunderstorm and flash flood! Water in insulation damaged it. They promised to fix it. So far, nothing! Owner is not helping and keeps giving excuses.

I had PI Roofing re-attach our gutters after a remodel. These guys were awesome to work with, easy scheduling and even cleaned up the debris before they left. Highly recommend these guys
