We back out of garage before door had completely opened. Thought we had TOTALED door. Seth came and fixed in 45 minutes. Made our day, week, etc. He was very prompt and took care of problem along with some other problems he found. Was expecting $1500 to $2000 and all fixed for under $200. Wish damage to car would have been so lucky! Very satisfied with their service.

Great service at a great price! I called late in the day, got an immediate callback from one of their tech's - Seth (One of their competitors in Conway still hasn't called me back to give me a quote). I explained what my problem was & what my spring equipment looked like, he walked me through everything & gave me an estimate. He said they could be here around 10:30-11:00 the next morning, I'm thinking "sounds good"... here's the thing: At 10 a.m. that morning Seth calls me & lets me know his last job ran long & he'll be about 10 minutes late - and he was here at 10:40 a.m. I've never got a courtesy call from a service company like that, giving me a heads up, and he was still here for the original time we scheduled the appt. Seth was very professional & knowledgeable and replaced my entire failed spring system (TorqueMaster) in well under an hour. I was amazed. And at a very competitive price. I'm completely satisfied with their Company. I definitely recommend them and I will definitely be calling them again, the next time! -Jason

Great experience with these guys! They answered the phone first call. Came when they said. Fixed my old garage doors for a very reasonable price. Bobby, our technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. When one of my doors stopped working not long after Bobby left he came back and fixed it right up. Both doors still working great. Awesome job Bobby and Garage Door Fixer! My old door motors don't have much life left. When I need to install new ones I'll be calling you guys again. I'm also about to build a new house and will need a couple of new doors. You have won over a loyal customer!
