Certa Pro refinished my cabinets a few months ago- did a great job. They made it very easy from start to finish (gave me a good rate and followed thru on all commitments...including re-finishing a paint job on a set of french doors that I had initially messed up...FOR FREE) The team who worked on the project were extremely professional and courteous. The finished product looked great. My only disappointment has been with the durability of the paint on the cabinets. Before the project began- I had some reservations about the 'lasting power' of the paint, but was reassured by CertaPro that the product would hold up. Especially with a toddler around the house, I was worried the paint might be prone to chipping- and over the last few weeks, some chips here and there have showed up. Nothing major, but certainly noticeable. Overall- I was very pleased with the work and would recommend using them.

I have used CertaPro two or three times in the past. I have always had good service and results with them. I've been wanting to have a large portion of the interior of my house repainted. Entry way, TV room, kitchen, breakfast nook three hallways and all the ceilings. Adam, the Project Coordinator came to my house, on Saturday, to give me a quote. I found the quote to be very reasonably priced, so I asked him to schedule the work. Since I was ready to have the work done, he was able to schedule the work this week! Ethan and his crew showed up Monday morning, at exactly the time they said they would be here. Ethan walked me through what he understood to be the job, (and he was spot on), and I went back to work. Ethan and his crew moved wall hangings and furniture as they worked on Monday,and then rehung and returned the furniture in their original spot. When I got home from work on Monday evening, the only way I could tell they had been at my house to paint, was there was fresh paint on the walls and ceiling! They were so meticulous in their clean up, that I couldn't tell they had even been there. They finished about half the project on Monday, then returned on Tuesday to finish. Again, they did an amazing job at clean up, my house looked just like I left it (or maybe better :)). The paint looks beautiful! Ethan and his crew did an amazing job on everything! I am so pleased and so happy with the work CertaPro did! I highly recommend them for any project that you have. Adam is very easy to work with, and will tailor your job to the budget you have set. I recently needed some interior house painting done. It was a pretty big job (3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, hallway, and 4 closets, all ceilings and trim included). I needed it done pretty quickly too. I saw Certa Pro Painters on the Better Business Bureau website and gave them a call. The office worker was very polite and set up an appointment for a quote as soon as I could meet. The quote was very centered towards my needs and what I needed done. All of my questions were answered, and I felt very comfortable with them understanding what I needed done. They even helped me find a better color than the one that I picked out. They also seemed to match the actual crew who painted my house to my needs. The price was very reasonable considering all I needed done. I also felt I could trust them and could tell them if I had a problem and they would fix it. They were able to get started quickly with the painting and finished in a great amount of time. The painting crew was very professional and listened to my needs and went the extra effort to make sure that they were doing it correctly. The painting was amazing. The colors were perfect. They did a great job prepping and taping, so the colors did not end up where they were not supposed to be. And, there was not one drop of paint on the floors or where it shouldn't be. I really enjoyed my experience with Certa Pro Painters in Fayetteville, Arkansas. They were very professional, friendly, effecient, effective, and more importantly, the paint job was excellent. I will definitely be using them again and referring all my friends and family to them. It was fabulous.

So after putting 40 hours into this house I was told to leave with no pay. He will tell you he's a Christian, but a Christian would make it right.

This was our second time using Certapro and I could not recommend them more! They were prompt thorough, friendly, professional and quick! They answered all of my questions completely and made the entire process as easy as possible. We have two small children and they really made each day (it was about a six day job done in four) clean and easy to live in from one day to the next. Terry, the one female painter on the job, was especially hard working with an extreme attention to detail. Plus, she was just a sweet spirit and energy to have in my home every day. There was an initial consultation that was surprisingly thorough. I was asked what my expectations were. I thought that was very nice. They helped us pick colors and made recommendations, guiding us through the process. The crew was very professional. They were quiet, clean, polite and respectful of us and our neighbors. They painted our home exterior, stained two concrete porches, and painted a bathroom. The actual job they did was high quality. The house looks new. The last time we painted the interior of our house was about 10 years ago. At that time I wanted to save a little money so I asked my family members to help me paint. To sum up the experience of doing the painting ourselves, it was not good. My wife and I agreed that the next time we decide to paint, we would hire a professional to do the job. While talking to my colleague, I mentioned to him that we are looking for a professional painter, he mentioned that he had a friend who had hired CertaPro to do a paint job and was very happy with the results. I decided to go online and check CertaPro website. I sent an e-mail requesting a quote. I received a response within few hours. The sales representative contacted me by phone to set up an appointment to meet and go over the project. When we met at our house, I went over of what we want done and our expectations. I also asked him for ideas and advice on what would work best for the project. Sales representative explained to me in details how they coordinate the work, what type of product they use, and how they guarantee the quality of their work. I was very impressed with his knowledge and detailed information he shared with me. He gave me the quote. I discussed the cost with my wife and we both agreed to hire CertaPro. Since the paint job was going to take several days to be completed, my wife and I expected that our daily routine to be disrupted, due to our past experience with painting the house 10 years ago. But we were pleasantly surprised that our daily routine and daily life was not disrupted. On the first day of painting when we left the house to go work, like we normally do everyday, we were expecting to come home to a big mess. But we were pleasantly surprised that the painting crew had done some work but they cleaned up and put all the furniture back to where they were. Every thing was the same except there was some painting work done. We were extremely happy with the work crew. The supervisor explained to me in detail what they were working on and what their plan was for the day everyday. The crew was professional, organized, pleasant, flexible, and courteous. They came to work on time, they followed all the instruction we gave them, and they were respectful of our home. The quality of their work was outstanding. To this day, I still cannot find any imperfection in their work. Great job CertaPro! I highly recommend this company.
