The first part of the CertaPro interaction was with Chris when he came to quote the job. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient with me despite my bad scheduling. (I had him and the inspector both there because I had closing-brain and couldn't get things straight.) He introduced the company and it's goals, emphasizing the, "earn the 10," thing. Jessica and the crew came in and began literally the day after closing. This was our first house and I was in WAY over my head. Jessica was so wonderful. There is not enough space in this text-area to really get that point across. There were details I hadn't thought about as far as where one color should start and end, or the chair rail's color. She brought these things to my attention, but was more than happy to really make the call for me based on previous experience. I have zero experience in that area and couldn't visualize the different options in my head and I was gettin stressed about it. She was nice to my small, overly-attention-seeking dog. She very much had a, "I've got you," attitude during the whole process, and I 100% felt I could trust her to not only get the job done, but do it well. Jessica kept me posted on every step of the process. The crew was always polite to us and our small, barky dog (which was a big deal to me). They didn't seem to mind me constantly getting in the way. I didn't interact with them as much personally, but I never felt weird or awkward around them or with them in my home! The job itself was done well. It looks fantastic. The cabinets are flawless, and they were my largest concern. They had to patch places as well as paint, and those patches look perfect. Y'all, we will be singing CertaPro praises for a long time, and there is no way we will ever use anyone else. I was probably a "problem customer" and we still received treatment that felt as if we were the only customers at all for them. Absolutely perfect experience.

We had a great experience with CertaPro (CP). In May 2018, Chris Boatright came to our home in Maumelle at our request and provided a quote for CP to provide us interior painting on about half of our home. Chris was a great guy in meeting with us at our convenience, and the process was painless. He provided a professional quote in just a few minutes. I also appreciate the email received from the CP office staff regarding preparing for the job to begin. The CP painters - Will and Diego - finished painting today. We are very impressed with their workmanship. I believe that they went out of their way to work with our schedule and performed a quality job in a timely manner. Not only are we impressed with the work of CP staff, but we are also impressed with the people. We enjoyed small talk with them in the mornings as they arrived at our house and we prepared to go to work. In summary, I will definitely refer CP to any acquaintances needing painting.

Terrible experience! Overpriced too. They came in to paint my mom's whole house she was getting ready to put on the market. They started out already behind schedule. They painted her cabinets but did it in her backyard, instead of in a shop, getting paint everywhere, and on her deck that we'd had cleaned and stained before the season. Then the cabinets started to chip and peel so they brushed over them, then put the old knobs back on while it was still wet, so when we replaced those there were marks. I spoke to the supervisor more than once on various occasions about their work. They didn't even paint the underside you can see on the cabinet over the fridge, I'm going to have to do that before her house goes on the market. They painted they chair rail a flat white (ceiling paint), didn't fix it after I pointed it out at walk thru. They got paint on the fireplace screen, on floor and every light fixture, dust was everywhere too. They didn't clean up at all, we had to pay someone else to do that. Then they cleaned their equipment afterwards with her waterhose, left a couple buckets behind, forgot to turn the water off and it busted the hose which is how we find it 2+ weeks later resulting in a $700 water bill. Thankfully they paid that, but I would recommend Cousin Eddie over this company. Dishonest and worst service ever! For the money we paid we should've got the most amazing service and top notch experience but that is far from what it was. Nothing PROfessional about CertaPro.

This is a great painting contractor in central Arkansas! Chris did a thorough evaluation of the areas I wanted painted and provided a fair estimate. Mark made sure to schedule the job up front and even called when they had a "bad weather day" to move an outside crew to my project, which was an inside paint job. The efficiency was much appreciated, and, as a result, my project was completed a couple of weeks early. Jessica and her crew did a great job as well. She worked meticulously to match my wall and ceiling paint, and even though the wall color had been discontinued she got it matched perfectly at the paint store. She communicated what I wanted to her paint crew, and they executed flawlessly. If you need any house painting project completed, large or small I know they'll do a great job. I highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Central Arkansas for their fair prices and professional work!
