Did a good job on framing out and making support walls and metal roof on my addition but had a major leak when it rained coming into my house through a light in the master bedroom light. That caused damage to the subflooring that he never did fix. His crew also used my hot tub as a work bench which busted the cover which is still broken. He uses different crews but does not keep a good eye on them.

Came out and looked at my project. Seemed very knowable. Said he would get back with a estimate. Last I heard from him been over 2 weeks. Not how to run a business. If he didn’t want to do the job the best thing he could have done was say so. But he is on par for the work force today.
