Bryan was very professional and helpful. I needed the entire inside of my condo painted and he was able to start the job within a week. There was one trouble spot where my son's dog and scratched a door very badly. I asked him to fill it in and paint over it knowing it would still look like a dog had scratched. It was not only filled in, but finished with the same grain as the rest of the door so you can't even tell it was damaged. I would definitely recommend this company to any needing a painter!

Fantastic! I had the main portion of my house re-plastered and didn't want to have to clean up only to have to cover up again for the painter. I got a recommendation to Northern Arizona Painting from my plasterer, and they were available to do my painting immediately. This was a major job, with on 15' X 20' wall that I was not up for doing myself. I left my prep work in place, and they came in and did the extra prep needed for spraying the primer and main color. It took a total of 3 days of hard work on their part. The results were super. They even painted my heating grills so that they match the walls perfectly. We are considering them for painting the outside of the house and the only reason we are holding off is that we are having lots of work done and are waiting to see how the finances go. They will be the ones doing the outside when we have it done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Well, I need to update my review. Bryan does not stand behind his work. He substituted the paint agreed to in the contract (Sherwin Williams) with Frazee paint, which is now defunct. He left no touch-up paint, and now it is impossible to get a matching product. Beware. Would be happy to provide documentation.

Bryan's estimate was exact, and we paid exactly what he quoted us. The work was done in a timely manner, once his crew arrived they stayed and worked on our house until it was done (except for weather delays). We were very impressed with both Bryan and his guys' attention to detail. Everything was done to a very high standard and it is apparent that Bryan takes his reputation very seriously. Northern Arizona Painting painted the exterior of my rental house. Overall, I was very satisfied. Our initial meeting went great: Bryan gave me some pointers on the process of picking colors, how long the process would take, etc., and got the bid to me quickly. The quality of the workmanship was top rate (the prep work, which determines the quality of the end product, was very thorough). My only real complaint had to do with the fact that the house is a rental. I had to coordinate with the tenant, who has two dogs. I was given only previous day notice to contact the renter so that she could make arrangements regarding the dogs (she is my customer, so I try to keep her happy - and she wasn't). Even so, I don't hesitate giving them a rating of "5" based on the actual work done. Good job, gentlemen!

The exterior of our house was recently painted by Bryan and his crew, and it turned out better than we could have imagined. Bryan provided a very detailed, upfront estimate of the house and was by far the most thorough estimator of the 3 that came to our house. Bryan was very patient with us as we worked through different house paint colors. He was always available and responded to a plethora of texts and questions immediately, even off-hours. Once we committed, his crew showed up and were extremely friendly and professional. The crew obviously enjoyed working together and took tremendous pride in their work. No loud music, annoying conversations, or individual effort. I actually enjoyed talking to each member of the crew. They worked as a team that liked each other. The prep work on our house took days and was absolutely meticulous. The final product was stunning. They even had two guys come back to walk the house and make sure that every minute detail was covered. The level of detail, professionalism, availability, and care that Bryan's crew had made for a better-than-expected outcome, and I actually feel like I got every penny's worth (and then some) from paying someone else to do the work. Highly recommend if you like quality work that will last. Will definitely use NAP again in the future.

Mr. Bryan Morrow of Northern Arizona Painting did a fantastic job of telling us the different paint options we would have for our home. We were not sure how many colors we should use and what to consider trim or not trim. Between door trim, window trim, corner boards, belly bands and garage door - we had a lot of options. Our first contact with Bryan was for snow removal the winter of 2012-13 which was a very snowy winter in northern Arizona. I contacted 2 businesses from the yellow pages for snow removal at our place in Munds Park. Bryan called me back within about 1 hour. (The other business NEVER called back). Bryan and his guys always showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job of snow removal from our driveway and roof! We have also had Bryan and his team of painters paint both the exterior of our cabin and also much of the interior of our home. Bryan is very thorough about going over color choices (both for interior and exterior) and paint types for various rooms. He always asked good questions of us so that he knew exactly what we wanted. He also made some suggestions with trim and door colors when he felt we needed some guidance. The work he and his team did is excellent. I would definitely hire Bryan again and wholeheartedly refer him to others.
