Victor and Victor Jr did a great job on the prep, patch and paint on my 2 stucco garages. They applied 2 coats of sprayed, backrolled paint, with an overnight dry. All cracks of all sizes were found and fixed and completed a neat and professional job. Work was done on time, and cleaned up.

Decided to go with this company after reading good reviews and the exterior painting process listed on their website. The estimator Nick did a great job explaining the process, the quality paints they use and the warranty. After all that the $3,500 price tag seemed worth it. Unfortunately all I got was a horrible paint job that took almost a month to finish. Do not let Hugo and his team touch your house, they will find a short cut for anything. Paint was not applied correctly in areas so it's very uneven especially on stucco. Block fence wasn't primed first so you can still see the block after the paint has soaked it. I was told the trim would be hand brushed but it was sprayed so now there is paint all over the roof shingles. Don't let him fool you into side work either, his foundation patch is sloppy and bumpy. Scheduled several appointments for touch ups and no one showed up multiple times even after calling and rescheduling. I won't be using this company now for the inside of my house or the future.

I recently selected AZ painting company to paint the interior of my home after triple bidding the job. The paint crew (Maria, Arturo and Alejandro) did a FANTASTIC job. They walked the house with me to double check colors and didn’t rush the job at all. I have an eye for detail and thankful Arturo had great attention to detail. Such nice work! Keith, Production Manager, stopped by at the beginning of the job to introduce himself and left his card. There was a mishap, where the wrong finish of paint was ordered by the office — eggshell for the doors & trim, but I contacted Keith (even late at night) and he fixed the issue and the painters were still able to start early the next morning with the correct paint. The job was completed above my expectations and the clean up was through as well. Even Ryan, the sales guy, stopped by near the end of the job to ensure everything was going well. So impressive, usually a sales guy sells you and then you never see or hear from him again. Overall I felt in very good hands and their pricing is competing. Highly recommend!

First they called three separate times to check for paint color. They should have written it down so they didn't have to keep calling. I was concerned they would get it right. They did, but when they plugged in their equipment it tripped the breaker box and then we had problems with our outdoor light system after they left. Then they did not paint the window seal inside the shutters, the window was blue and the room was green. So they had to come back a second time to finish it. When I got home from work I found a flammable can of paint sitting right up next to the gas water heater. NOT A GOOD IDEA!! I would not use them again nor would I recommend them; which is unfortunate because the actual painting job was very well done.

I would only use Arizona Painting! Three years ago, they painted the entire interior of my home and stained the exterior wood surfaces. They just finished painting some exterior stucco surfaces for me that were hard to match. I couldn't be more pleased. Joe is great to work with and Juan is a great craftsman!

We we decided to have the exterior of our house painted we wanted to make sure we made the right choice when choosing the company. I have heard so many horror stories about paint jobs. We ultimately chose Arizona painting company because: 1. They are referred by Rosie on the house. 2. They use Sherman Williams paint. 3. They are a reliable and known company. The company was out to give us a estimate within two days. They were very professional and upfront with the cost and what needed to be done, there was no pressure from Nick when we told him we had a few other companies coming out for quotes. We ultimately chose this company because we believed they would do the best work. We were so pleased with our house and painting results. Our foreman Luis and his team of painters were very nice and super clean, had very clean lines between colors and there no drips or messes left, you could tell he’s done this for quite sometime. I’m not sure if you are able to request him but I would try. Luis’s team worked so efficiently together they were able to have our taped, power washed, holes/cracks patched up and house painted in incredible timing. When we are ready to have the interior of our house painted we will choose this company again!

This is the second time I've had my house painted in 26 years. They were prompt, thorough and made sure to tape over anything that could get over-sprayed. The job was performed quickly and to our satisfaction. The on-site workers were responsive to our questions and concerns, making sure we were completely satisfied before they left the job site. On Arizona Painting Company's website they say they are "committed to customer satisfaction" and indeed they are. The customer service provided through out the entire process was exemplary. The salesman, Scott, told me I could contact him with any questions and gave me his cell number. And when I did call with questions he was able to answer most and referred me to someone else in the company that could answer the last question I had. And Joe called me before I could call him. When I couldn't decide on the "just right" color, they sent out a professional colorist, on their dime. The painting crew chief, Scott ( a different Scott), called me in advance to let me know when he would be at my house and what to expect the first day. He was on time and quite pleasantly took me through the process. The paint job itself was very well done, and no corners were cut. They filled the cracks in the stucco and seams at doors to create a near flawless smooth surface. And they painted a newly built planter with a special waterproof sealant first. When the job was completed, Scott made arrangements for a walk through and let me know if I see anything I am not satisfied with later I can call him and he will take care of it. I am more than satisfied with the workmanship and the customer service and would highly recommend this company.

The painters did a very nice job painting the house. They were respectful, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I would give Arizona Painting Company a five stars if there was a clear understanding from the very beginning with the sales person on who is going to do the cleaning after the job is done. Per our sales person, he said "the house will be cleaner than the way you have it now". Of course, we don't expect that, but my husband and I had to put the heavy furniture back ourselves. We have to dust and mop the floors five times to get all the paint dusts out. Overall, I will recommend Arizona Painting Company to my friends and family.

Arizona Painting did a professional job. We we were impressed by the work they did on our master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling. The painter went the extra mile and put two coats of paint on the ceiling. It turned out perfect. Also, we used their color consultant to help us select our paint colors. The estimator, color consultant, and the painters all did excellent job.

I fully expected that then entire wall would require repainting, but Bob was able to repair the damage without the more-expensive repaint. Bob's work turned out great! Had a great experience with them. Recently had all interior walls painted including closets and trim. Our rep, Eric, was courteous and prompt with the original estimate. After comparing some estimates, we set up a date. Not a lot of options as summer is a busy time for them, but they offered one that would work for us. The painting team was good at communicating as the job progressed, which we appreciated. They even called mid-job to clarify with us. Final walkthrough was great. We pointed out some places we thought could be touched up, and Lupe and Juan touched them up on the spot. They were fantastic.

Terrible! Painter came back twice for drywall patio ceiling repair. Did a bad job first time, then did not completely paint, could see white. Now the paint color does not match. Different color spot on ceiling. Need to paint entire ceiling. Would not recommend this company. All sub-contractors. If you get a bad one, the bad one keeps coming back to try and fix! Arizona Paint does not stand behind their name. Would give zero stars if I could!!!!! Updated 05/05/2017. Arizona Paint has responded to my previous 1 star review. My patio ceiling has now been repainted. Apparently there was not communication between the person responding to my email complaints and upper management to correct the issue. Once informed Arizona Paint did stand up to there guarantee. Thank you Joe!

Below is the first review I posted on Angie's List on 4/27/17 regarding Arizona Painting Company's work on our house. Following this initial negative review, I received a call from a "supervisor" who assured me that they were sorry we were so disappointed in the quality of their work and could he stop by to discuss, which he did. He agreed that the work wasn't up to their standards, used tape to mark areas needing fixed and assured me that he would send a new crew to take care of the problems the following Monday and that he would be there to make sure the work would be done properly. Two weeks later I received a call from the original crew that had done the unacceptable work, asking what I wanted them to do. No supervisor. Same crew. I called to complain again, spoke to the same supervisor who assured me, again, that the problems would be taken care of. More than a month later, the same problems remain. No word from Arizona Painting Company. Original Angie's List review: "Crew arrived on time. Only partially prepped walls (filling in stucco cracks). I walked around with them multiple times over their first three days on the job, pointing out stucco cracks that needed filling, some of which were still not filled at end of job. I assume other cracks were just painted over and never filled. Missed paint areas around the yard walls, which I had to ask repeatedly to be painted at end of job. Trash left all over our yard, which I've been picking up since they left. Crew said it receives a percentage of the contract fee, so I assume they were a subcontractor. Their incentive to finish the job quickly outweighed quality and attention to detail. Very disappointed. I called Arizona Painting to complain, but no one followed up after completion of the work or stopped by to make sure the work was being done to standard or afterward to inspect."

We interviewed 4 painting contractors and decided on Arizona Paint Co. Their estimate, although not the lowest, was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Mike , the estimator, was on time, had a professional appearance and answered all my questions. We walked the property and we discussed the type of paint, the repairs and he waited for me to get the HOA approval. The 2 man crew was efficient, very polite, and hard working. They did a great job and communicated with us all the way through. During the 2 day process I was called by their foreman, and when the job was completed another foreman came and we walked the job together to ensure our satisfaction. We could not be happier, the house looks very good and everyone we came into contact with was quite professional.

I recently chose Arizona Painting Company to do a complete exterior paint job on an older residential property that I own. Their estimator came out the same day as my inquiry; moreover, their bid was both competitive with those of other reputable companies, and promptly produced on the spot. Everything about the company's onsite painters' work was professional, from their meticulous "prep" work prior to starting the job, to their actual paint work, to their final post-job clean-up. I have to say I an extremely disappointed in my paint job that I had done. I don't put any blame on the individual that performed the painting. The fact that one individual was tasked with all of the things that your brochures boast about having done is something one individual cannot perform correctly in the time given. I expected to see two to three individuals performing the prep work and painting of my house. The paint on my house was applied with only a sprayer as can be seen in the sparse coverage on the house. Your brochure mentions that paint would be applied by roller as well as sprayer when needed. I think it's fair to say that a stucco exterior would justify the roller being used. My foundation was completed terrible, the paint is already peeling and it seems that areas were painted over existing paint. So it's hard to believe that the foundation was really prepared, cracks sealed and moisture barrier was actually applied before painting. So I would not recommend your service to anyone and would actually give negative stars if that was possible.

They wee very professional and careful in their job taking care of every detail. Both were also open to my questions and explained what they were doing and why. So I decided to use Arizona Painting Company to paint my house. Sesar and Felix took really good care of us. They had every curve ball thrown them Monsoon, record heat etc... Total disaster, I have never dealt with such poor quality work ever from house painters, my rental home crews would have done a far better job, we hired Arizona Painting Company to paint 2 bathrooms and our master, when we came home the first day, there were paint runs on every wall, they had paint from the walls on our ceiling, apparently they do not mask with tape, they free hand, they used the wrong color and sheen paint on our ceilings, now our ceilings need to be repainted, all of their patch work is visible, there was paint on every switch plate, they left paint in our sinks, and on our stair banisters, we called our sales person Corey who was very nice to deal with, he was very apologetic and offered to send a different crew to finish, we declined and said the quality was substandard and we would hire someone else to finish the project. We received a call from the owner Joe Miller, he assured us that he would rectify if we would give them the chance, we met with him the next morning at 6:30am, showed him all of the issue, he made the commitment to fix everything. Well, we came home and there was very little improvement, the guest bath they painted today was no better than the work the first crew completed. Not only is there work terrible, we now have new issues that we need to pay someone else to fix, paint on stair railing, paint on new tile floors, paint on grout, paint on brand new counter tops, ceilings that now need to be painted, would never refer this company. We now have to hire a company to come re-paint everything and fix the sub standard work.

We had them paint EVERY interior wall in our house. They did a great job and even repainted most of the trim which wasn't even quoted. After they left we began to see that many areas had a small sections of wall color on the ceiling during cut in throughout the house. Even though we contacted them almost 2 months later they sent a crew out today and meticulously corrected the overpaint. The crew was courteous, on time and constantly asked for feedback. Couldn't ask for a better company. I've spent almost 40 years in the customer service business and they have held that to a high standard.

I had the exterior of my 1700 sq ft home painted with 3 different colors. My initial experience was not the greatest as the crew that was sent out prepped poorly, didn't smooth and fill wood, applied the paint poorly, missed spots, and even painted some areas the wrong color! Normally this would be a 1 star review, but the way this company turned things around blew me away! When 2 different gentlemen came out to inspect the work, they found FAR more issues than I did and they apologized profusely. They told me that the crew they had out at my property initially was a crew they had not used before and they would not be having them on any future projects after their performance on my home. I was expecting them to say that they would fix the problem areas and be done with it but no. They said that if it was OK with me, they would like to fix the issues and make everything perfect and then repaint the entire house again! I was blown away. They prepped and smoothed all the areas the other guys missed, fixed crooked paint lines, filled small holes left by the other crew and made sure to get complete and uniform coverage of everything with a thick coat. I have an untrained eye and they could have easily taken the easy way out and let me be blissfully unaware of the problems that I was too uneducated to notice, but they personally walked me through and pointed so many issues out to me and fixed every one of them, basically repainted my entire home. I am so happy with the way my home looks now. It's flawless! I would recommend this company to all my friends without hesitation.

We went with Arizona Painting Company because they had great reviews and we committed to paying a bit extra to have a better end result. 90% of the project went really well. They showed up on time, worked diligently and came away with an awesome product. However, when it came time to patch some cracks in our back wall and repaint, it was a nightmare. A three day job turned into three weeks, with three separate attempts to get the job right. It took countless phone calls, emails and negative social media reviews to finally get some attention on the matter. In the end, the back wall isn’t perfect but it’s close enough to move on. If it weren’t for the back wall this would be a five star review, but unfortunately that part of the project was severely mismanaged.

UPDATE 12/14/17: Changing my single star review to four only because of the initial issues! Joe Miller, one of the owners, reached out to us immediately after getting this review. He was extremely apologetic and did a thorough walk-through of our home pointing out additional items that we didn't even notice. He sent a new crew, led by Jonathan, who were awesome and repainted the entire house in 3 days!!! Joe checked in several times during the 3 day period and did a final walk through with my husband. The paint looks great and the house was cleaned very well prior to the crew leaving and my blinds are being replaced! We are extremely pleased with the follow-up attention and care that we received after our first experience and would definitely use them again! If I could do zero stars I would!!! I just had the interior of my home painted this past week by Arizona Painting Company. The salesperson was extremely professional and explained everything in detail and I received a quote with all the details lined out so I felt that this company was passionate about standing behind the quality of work and why I chose them. I WAS SO WRONG!!!! The crew lead was very nice, but extremely messy, unorganized and didn't ever put in full days until the end when they kept having to redo everything! They worked short days in the beginning starting around 9am-10am and leaving by 3pm. The job that was supposed to be 4-5 days took 7 and the crew lead was practically running out the door yesterday as I'm trying to walk through pointing out areas that still needed to be touched up or fixed. He was obviously frustrated with me and told me to look it all over and let him know if I found anything after I had just said there were still areas of concern! In addition, I asked the salesperson at the time of the quote, the production manager mid job (who didn't seem to care if I was satisfied or not) and the crew lead yesterday, if there would be a cleaning crew because my house was a mess and they all assured me that it would be cleaned up upon completion...IT'S A MESS!! There is paint all over my wood floors and carpet. My brand new blinds in my bathroom were not covered with plastic and are ruined with paint drips and specks! As the painters were literally running out yesterday I asked if they were going to send a cleaning crew and he said "the salesperson should have communicated better about how the painting process works and how messy it is"....REALLY!!! They didn't put my weather stripping back on my exterior doors, they sprayed the walls (hence the horrible dust and over-spray mess throughout the house) when my quote clearly stated walls would be rolled and brushed with two coats. Most of the walls didn't even look like they had one coat. I made them repaint half the house with rollers because you could still see the old paint. The cracks and holes were just roughly covered and not smoothed to match the drywall...my kids could have made it look better! The ceiling lines look horrible in every room! There are marks on the ceiling and smudges on the walls that still need to be touched up. At least one window in each room has paint over-spray and/or a swipe of paint. There are tape remnants and drops of paint everywhere. The doors were supposed to be semi-gloss and were painted flat which I noticed the first day because their black finger prints were all over them and they only paint the outside of the closet and pantry doors, not the inside or casings which was clearly stated in my quote. They acted put out when I asked them to repaint the right color sheen and do the ENTIRE door this time, which they did. It seemed like they weren't even paying attention to what got covered with paint. They left paint on cabinets, door knobs, windows, carpet, wood floor and made me feel like I was asking for their right arm when I asked them to clean my house. They did a quick wipe down of areas I pointed out and then ran out the door!!! This is a major investment and I feel like I was taken advantage of with horrible customer service!!

I highly recommend AZ Painting Co. Over the years, they've done three jobs for me ... complete inside of a 2-story in 2010, complete outside of the same 2-story in 2017, and just yesterday (Apr 2019), the outside fence and pony walls of a different house. In all three cases I was completely satisfied. In particular, this last experience with Sean Zackery was really exceptional. Sean did the estimate and he showed up at the time of the appointment (not in a 4 hour window!). Sean also did the actual painting. We agreed on a time to start and when Sean's equipment had an issue he called to tell me he would be late. He then kept me updated as to his ETA. In my experience this type of professionalism from tradesmen is as rare as a unicorn. During the job we had an issue. A small section was to be painted in a color that we thought our previous contractor used that turned out to be very wrong (i.e., our mistake). Sean cares so much about doing a job he is proud of that he went and got color cards to find a better match. He also tried to get a color match. After multiple trips to the paint store, we got something very close. Sean is a professional and a craftsman that went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I cannot overstate my recommendation of AZ Painting Co.

APC was able to provide a quote and start work within 10 days which was great because of my project's time constraints. The price seemed fair. I thought it might be a little cheaper based on reviews that I read about other work done but every job is different. I had my 900 sq foot condo painted white, same color and sheen in every room. There was also some wallpaper removal done. I was told a crew would show up but only one man did. He did an efficient job but I thought he rushed to complete the job too. He did finish in two days instead of three. I had to help him with moving some appliances which wasn't expected. He also told me that I was given a great price because there was more wallpaper than expected that needed to be removed (one hallway had wallpaper on the top half of the wall). The quote included wallpaper removal so that's an issue between Sales and the workers. I also expected the walls to be cleaned before they painted but that wasn't done. I was billed 100% of the invoice up front instead of the 50% agreed upon, but this was quickly correctly after I brought it up to the Salesperson. Last, I think clean up could have been more thorough.

Home owners beware!!! I have worked with many many painters doing interior design and real estate. This one was approved by my HOA and referral. We scheduled almost 2 months in advance told 3-5 days, then 5-7 days, today is Day 10. Told interior walls done and bathroom in 1 Day so I could schedule carpeting. Today is Day 3. AND I had to paint the bathroom myself because they didn't get the 2 interior walls done. They told me multiple times they would be there certain times, people wouldn't show up. I had to take off work due to scheduling. Tried talking to Foreman, talked to Owner Joe Miller. He was VERY rude, I even asked him to come out to see for himself! Positive note the painters were all nice and friendly, but the job still is not close to completion. May 13-May 22 so far and not close to completion. Horrible, worse painting company. East and West Valley. Very horrible customer service.

Arizona Painting Company helped me with interior paint for a large commercial office. I was BLOWN AWAY with how quickly Eric came out to provide and quote and get the ball rolling. He helped me to cut through the "corporate red tape" of contracting trade work and was patient in submitting forms and so forth to become an "approved vendor". Once the job started, I was told it would take about 5 days to complete, but the crew was willing to work at night so as not to disrupt our office. Again, I was amazed at how the actual painting crew (Jose Sr., Luis, Leo Jr., Miguel and Gabe) came in on time, stayed organized and never made a mess. I hired az paint to do my house and i showed the salesman what i wanted done and i was tokd everything would be taken cared of. He said itll take 3-4 days to get done! I rather someone take there time and do quality work regardless the house or location. I got home from work and they finished in 1 day!? Well after they left numerous problems? My patio furniture left out in the yard, pavers tipped over, hoses left out in the yard, paint chips everywhere!, paint on my patio and driveway! Rocks werent pulled away from the house and they where painted too!, And an eve that the wood is old and cracking and still is?, which they said cant be fixed! So all that and i felt like take my money and run!!! I cleaned everything myself and fixed the cracking eve on the house. Overall the companys people are nice and genuine! But hard to get ahold of once they do the job. The work was just ok, and for the other stuff i was disappointed and feel for what i paid it was not worth the quality of work they did. I expected them to take your time prep everything and then paint. update;;; the owner of the company contacted me and wanted to hear my story what happened! Well he wanted to help and showed me he cared about the work his guys do and showed me he cares about his customers. He sent a different crew and they did great on fixing the things wrong with my paint on my house. I cannot give a five star just cause of what did intially happen, but the owner handled this and iam happy things got done! House looks great! Thank you.

We found Arizona Painting Company (Tucson) through Rosie on the House. We received other quotes but chose APC based on their availability, professional estimator and based on the work they said would be needed to bring our home back to life. The exterior hadn't been treated or painted in over 15 years and we knew it would be big job. The crew worked very hard, were very professional and were a joy to work with. We are also very happy with the Dunn Edwards Premium paint we chose. It looks great! We love that way it turned out and we get many compliments from our friends and neighbors.

Mixed Results. This is the second time I've used Arizona Painting Company. The first time was in 2009 for both interior and exterior, and I was extremely pleased with the results. So I had them paint my house a second time, interior and exterior, expecting the same quality results, but I was disappointed. Some things were done great and some not so good. The exterior was done quite well except for a few places. So areas were not painted and some areas had obvious over spray from the trim color onto the body color. This issues cannot be seen from the street or my property but are obvious from my neighbor's property. I suspect the crew knew of these issues but didn't address them because I couldn't seem them from my property. But my neighbor isn't going to ever use them. The interior was mostly done very well. The water damage on the ceiling in several rooms was fixed so that the texture matched perfectly and I couldn't see any indication that there was ever a problem. I had multiple colors on the walls and ceilings and the edges where two colors met were done very well. I'm quite happy with them. However there were problems in the interior. Paint was spilled on the living room carpet near a corner that is not much in view. They tried to clean it up but weren't quite successful. They didn't tell me about it but left it for me to find. I'v had a professional carpet cleaner come in and he did a better job and told me it couldn't be cleaned completely. It's not obvious now so I can live with it. A small cantilevered shelf in the master bathroom was almost knocked off - the drywall anchors were pulled out partly and the shelf leaned down. They didn't tell me about it and left it for me to find. I'm in the process of fixing it myself. I have a skylight in the hallway. When painting the walls leading up to the skylight they got a very obvious amount of paint on the skylight itself. I Haven't figured out what to do about it. Also paint got on a/c registers, door hinges, cabinet doors, and many other surfaces. Just drips or over-brushing on those surfaces, but they were left for me to find a address. So I'm disappointed. I did call to inform them of the issues and left messages when the phone was busy but I never received a return call, so I assume they don't care since they've been paid. I can't believe all their crews are like this because they are a successful company. I would recommend that at the end of each job they have one of their experienced professionals do a walk through and have issues resolved before the crew leaves. Update. Arizona Painting Company sent out a small crew to correct the problems and issues that I had. Everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction at no additional cost. Consequently I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. If the need arises I would definitely use them again.

Throughout a project that I fully expected to be frustrating, I was met with nothing but lovely, polite customer service from the salesperson to the painting crew to the people who answered the phone when I called with questions leading up to our start date. The entire job took three days, during which they always worked hard and efficiently—always respectful of my need to get in and out of the house throughout the day (I work from home) and cleaning up after themselves each day. They did a great job painting my Santa Fe style house. It had many cracks in the stucco and needed several repairs. Everything was completed beautifully and my house looks amazing. The paint job looks smooth and you can't tell where the repairs were made under the paint. The foreman ensured the job was done right and they took their time. I hired Arizona Painting Company to paint the exterior of my home. BIG mistake. If I could give no stars that would be great! A 2-3 day job turned into 1-1/2 weeks. The estimator painted a pretty picture but the pretty picture turned into not so pretty. We expressed that the trim and eves were not in good shape,replaced wood where he recommended and when done it looked like they had painted one coat. There was little prep work on their part. The brick on the body of the house looked they had used watered-down paint and I could see where they had used crack patching on the brick through the paint. Rather than pulling the ground from the base of the house to apply the sealer they sealed it to the level of the ground whatever the zig-zag shape it was. The front of the house had not been sealed at the base at all!!Contacted the production manager said some of it could not happen, some of the trim he would try and fix. Estimator called and told me that house would never look brand new....really? I understood that from the get go but just wanted it to look like it had been painted!! Look for a company that will prep your home before painting and will show up on a daily basis rather than a half day here, 2 days later there and not comment that they never promised a rose garden!! After 1-1/2 weeks, the production manager and worker were to return and fix the trim and main body on the house.....production manager did not show to help, worker was told only to fix under the patio and had 1 gallon left, no paint for main body, base of front of house never sealed. If you think about calling these people to do your home, you might as well paint it yourself!!! It will look 100% better!

I hired AZ painting to paint 4 rooms in my home along with several accent walls and baseboards. I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to come out and do the job. The cost was fair. There were some hang ups with Sherwin Williams having the paint ready and at the right store, but they made sure that did not interfere with starting the project in a timely manner. Victor assumed management of the project and he did a fantastic job. He went to great lengths to make sure lines were straight, which probably wouldn't have been necessary had they used better quality painters tape. Might be worth the investment to save time. I have textured walls and the lines were bleeding a bit, but he made sure I was satisfied with how they looked before they left. My project took two days and it was complicated because I had furniture movers coming in on day two. They worked to ensure that the rooms where furniture was going were done first, so they wouldn't be in the way. Overall, excellent customer service. I found paint on the floor in a few places here and there but nothing major. I'm pleased with the work and would recommend them.

AZ Painting Company finished completely re-painting the inside of my house in just over 3 days, start to finish! I bought a 2300 sq ft house and had AZ Painting Company provide a quote to re-paint the interior walls throughout the entire house. The quote was reasonable and the company had good reviews so I scheduled the job. The home's previous owners had painted the walls with about 5 different bright colors, and many of the walls had stains, some water damage, and holes. The home had high ceilings as well, so this was not a small job! The AZ Painting company foreman showed up Monday morning as scheduled and started prepping. Tuesday and Wednesday they completed the bulk of the painting, and Thursday morning completed touchups and cleanup. By Thursday noon, I was doing the walk-through. The quality of the work was excellent. They matched my paint colors from Olympic paint and the colors are perfect. This would have taken me months to do on my own. It was well worth the cost and I would use them again and highly recommend them. They showed up on time, did not leave any mess, and most importantly, they did a great job.

Damaged an expensive plant and did a spotty job on the paint. Called to schedule touch up. Guy shows up a day late and says he can't do anything about the spots of paint that were showing through the thin layer they put down. Waste of time and money. GO ELSEWHERE. Yes, I am sure this is the company. Same logo on my estimate and phone number. The ladies answering the phones are pleasant and seem willing to accommodate, but after initial damage to plant, then spotty job, then guy not showing up the day he was supposed to to fix it, then showing up the next day 10 minutes before 5pm and saying he can't do anything about it because the paint showing through was done with a roller, I gave up on this company. They seem like they want to accommodate, but it didn't happen.

In my experience, Arizona Painting Company is one of the few companies whose actions stand by their promises! Due in part to being an older house, part to insufficient prep work and part to the nature of our brutal AZ weather, after just 2 years we were having an issue with paint lifting in a few places on our recently painted home, particularly in areas that got a lot of sun during the day. We notified AZ Painting Company of the issue and the receptionist was very cordial in handling my concern. Shortly after speaking with her, one of the owners, Joe Miller, contacted me directly and was out to look at the house within just a few days. He walked around the house and pointed out a few small areas of concern which I had not even noticed myself. I appreciated his level of integrity. A lesser paint company probably would have kept quiet about some of the smaller issues and let things ride until the warranty was out. Joe clearly cares about his customers and upholding the company's reputation! Without hesitation, he said "Don't worry, we'll make it right..." And, so far, they have! Two weeks later, a small painting team made up of Hannah and Daniel were at my door at 5:30am, braving two of the hottest days of the year, ready to straighten things out. We went over their game plan for the work and everything they said aligned with what the owner had promised. The pair worked steadily and diligently through two very hot mornings. They were very courteous and explained to me what they were doing as they moved from each step to the next. I felt very taken care of by them and their attention to detail was excellent! By the end, they had washed, sealed and repainted the entire main body of the house and even touched up the eaves where the tiles had been offset slightly by the roofers who repaired our roof shortly after the house was initially painted by AZ Painting Company the first time. This was an extra step that they weren't necessarily required to do, but which made the whole job look "finished" again and effectively checked off an item on my own summer "to-do" list, which I greatly appreciated. Sure, it's a little unfortunate that there was an issue in the first place, but, between the owner and the wonderful repair team of Hannah and Daniel, the resolution was painless and now my house looks wonderful again! To be honest, I felt AZ Painting Company did a very good job the first time around. But, sometimes an unexpected issue will arise further down the road. What you want is a company that will make things right when it does. For that, rest assured that you can count on AZ Painting Company! I highly recommend them!

Miserable experience! They didn’t show up on time. Postponed til another day. Then showed up short handed and clueless as to what needed to be painted, even after a thorough consultation. The painter had no idea what color of paint was needed, and did not have any paint brushes, rollers or other supplies. He would have to “get those” along with the paint. Canceled, and will never again use this company.

All team members were very polite and constantly stayed in touch with us providing progress reports. They did a thorough job and completed the job on time. One minor issue I found after they left. They sprayed a small part of our orange tree and did not tell me. I didn't really have an issue with it but thought they should have mentioned it to me. The tree is 15 feet away from the closes point on the house so I am sure it was during prep work that it happened. I was referred to them by friends and they were to be sent a gift card but I have not heard that our friends got their gift yet. Over all a very good job and I would refer them to anyone. During paint project of the exterior my home had to call manager as they did not power wash entire home before painting. While looking at home on final review asked painters why garage door was a gloss. Painters said with his years of experience it looks better. After looking at contract it stated gloss on Garage and Exterior doors. Tell me why they painted rear door with a flat paint if the contract said gloss. I called the office explained I wanted flat on the garage that it looked cheap as it was flat to begin with. Original Salesman never called me back. If they would have returned my call and attempted to fix the garage I would recommend them....but they didnt. After investing so much money into project you would think they would want to make a customer happy. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
