I contacted several roofing companies when I found an active leak in my living room ceiling. AA Brite was the first to respond and the first to arrive at my house. Other companies contacted me hours later to give me an appointment over a week later, other companies didn’t respond to my messages at all. Bill and Cesar went above and beyond to take care of my new home, I’m definitely sticking with them to do upcoming maintenance on our roof. Our highest recommendation! AA Brite 24/7 just completed a five-day job for us, with a full home exterior/carport prep and repaint (stucco/wood/metal) and detailed/extensive roof/carport repair and complete roof/carport rubberized re-coating. While not the highest or lowest bid we got for the work, we felt the most comfortable with Bill and Robert and decided to let them have both jobs. That turned out to be a very wise decision, as the roof and painting works they did for us were uniformly excellent and we couldn't be happier with the final results. A special mention should be made for the AA Brite crew. Crew leader Reuben Flack was superb. He worked with us on every detail, never a problem. He was especially concerned about the weather being just right for rolling the roof coating, and it was his great attention to critical details that made this job a fine experience for us. Things went easy and smooth. We appreciated that! Reuben's team partner, Joe Dowdall, was equally great to work with. Like Reuben, Joe was always easy to find, to talk with, and to understand. Whatever needed to be done to make us happy, Reuben and Joe took care of it, no problem. All contractual provisions were met to a "T", all job aspects were reviewed during the final inspections to insure proper completion, and all aspects of the contracts were fulfilled 100% and in a very timely fashion. In short, AA Brite made promises, and kept them. Again, our highest recommendation for using AA Brite 24/7 for painting/roofing needs in the Tucson area. Top drawer outfit all the way! Rob came out and gave us a very competitive quote and suggestions for dealing with a sagging vega, stucco damage etc. Joseph and his crew were on time, professional and communicated well during the process. The vega was reattached, stucco was fixed so well you cannot tell where the 3 inch holes once were and the house looks brand new. We especially appreciate the details like raking back the rocks before painting and cleaning of any overspray off window frames. We look forward to working with them again in 8-10 years.

Great experience with Reuben and AABrite. The quoting process was quick, easy, and thorough. We walked around the property and I got a detailed estimate. Reuben did a great job. Professional, efficient and thorough. I was very happy with the work, and he checked in with me 3 weeks after the job to make sure I was happy. It was a fairly big job that required some extensive stucco work, and I couldn't be happier. They aren't as cheap as some of their competitors, but I do believe their service is worth the extra price. I had my interior painted by a competitor, and they did a great job, but the work wasn't as thorough as I would've liked. I may have some more interior work in the future, and I'll go with AABrite. I highly recommend them.

After receiving another quote to re-coat from a couple other companies, I contacted AA Brite on a Saturday. That afternoon, Bill, one of the owners, called me back and set up and appointment for Wednesday morning. Bill did a thorough inspection of the roof, took pictures, and then explained in detail the work that needed to be done and gave me a quote right on the spot. Although their quote was slightly higher than the lowest bid I had received, the other company was not properly licensed, so I decided to contract with AA Brite for the work. In order to accommodate my schedule, they actually had a crew out that same day to power wash the roof and had the job completed by Friday morning. The crew chief, Nelly, and her crew were efficient and did a great job and left my property clean.

The owner Rob, runs a very impressive business He is is highly professional, extremely hands-on and customer oriented, and possesses that essential "can do" perspective. Without getting into detail, I recently purchased a home his company had recently done extensive exterior painting and selective roof repair on (that shortly thereafter evidenced considerable surface cracking below the parapets.) The majority of the roof problem areas where areas he did not originally work on as the roof repair was worked on by another company. Rob took ownership of the entire problem, negotiated a settlement with the seller of the home and re did extensive parapet and related area repair. I would not have purchased the home had he not worked the issues to the extent he did. Additionally, I should mention that the quality of the exterior painting and matching that ensued re the parapet issues was outstanding. I highly recommend Rob and AA Brite.

Christian and his team from AA Brite 24/7 finished painting the interior of our 1500 square foot home on 3/1/2019. The work is absolutely beautiful. The edging is precise. We had nothing to clean up. Eighteen months ago we experienced a roof leak during the monsoon. Water was pouring from a heating duct in the middle of the house. The drywall was saturated. We had the roof repaired the next day ( by AA Brite ) and did not experience any more leaks after that. The ceiling began to warp, and pulled away from the walls as it dried out. Eventually large cracks developed in two rooms. In addition, the ceiling lifted away from the walls causing the drywall tape to pull away at the seam. The team had to repair over 97 linear feet of drywall damage. They did amazing work. It is now impossible to see where the damage was! I highly recommend Christian and his team from AA Brite 24/7.

Only after I said interior residential, did he say they were overwhelmed with interior residential work and not giving estimates at this time. If your overwhelmed with work why are you only turning down certain types of jobs?

You won’t find a better value than AA Brite. Calling around and trying to choose a specialty service provider is always a nightmare whether it’s to resurface a floor, do some plumbing work, pave a driveway, paint a house, or coat a roof. I’ve never been totally satisfied with the end result and general suspect I’ve over-paid for the quality of the work I’ve received. Over the years, I’ve had exactly one exception to that rule: Robert Anderson and his company AA Brite. First, Robert and his wife Nelly are exactly the type of people you want to do business with: honest, no BS, sincere, responsive, flexible, and genuinely want your business. It’s their livelihood and they approach it that way: earning your business both now and in the future. Additionally, Robert comes out himself to assess exactly what needs to be done on your house. He’s a smart, straight-shooter and will give you an honest assessment without trying to upsell you. I had had two previous estimates on roof work and Robert’s assessment was significantly different and cost much less than the others. After he completed the work, I am convinced that what he did was actually more and of better quality than what the other two had proposed. Since that first experience with AA Brite, I have gone back to them several times and have now had them repair and coat several roofs, paint 2 houses, and repair, stucco, and paint privacy walls. AA Brite continues to earn my business each time I hire them. I could not be happier with the quality, cost, and personal attention they and their crews give to me and the jobs I need done. Doing business with Robert and Nelly is an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend AA Brite. It’s got to be one of the best businesses in Tucson.

I hired 3 different contractors to fix a leak visible at the base of my garage stucco wall. One was a painter, one was a stucco contractor, and one was a roofer. Not only were they unable to stop the leak, they each claimed the leak was caused by something outside their expertise and pointed fingers at each other. Enter AA Brite 24/7. They do it all. Robert is very knowledgeable, and the work crews are friendly and efficient. AA Brite stopped my leak when the others couldn’t.
