The estimate process was quick and easy with the franchise owner being the one to deliver the estimate. They were able to start much faster than originally anticipated and the crew was able to complete the work to my satisfaction over two days. My request included painting the exterior trim as well as replacing several rotted boards around my windows.

The quote process was great. Professional, kind, answered my questions and concerns. But that was the last time I worked with him in the process. He was the boss man and assigned a crew to my house from there. The crew they assigned to my house were incredibly slow, not on time, and sloppy. I’m still finding spots where they painted the trim. And the final walk through was a disaster. It took them from 7a - 1p to wrap up. My assumption was the final walk through would be a small touch up here and there, but that wasn’t the case. I was having to point out problems that seemed like obvious issues. I guess I got what I paid for.
