Took my daughter there after another eye doctor recommended them. Never again. Staff were rude and not helpful. What business doesn’t have internet access or the ability to receive digital files...needed to email insurance cards or at the very least send a digital file to their printer...staff had no clue what we were talking about. No WiFi or internet...seriously?! How do you bill people and insurance or even verify information....just ridiculous.

The people at the front desk are friendly and mostly helpful. Please fix operation hours online since my daughter broke her glasses and wanted to stop in on Saturday during listed hours but they are closed

I receive a phone call from this business every few weeks. I finally decided to call and tell them they have the wrong number and when I asked them to remove me from their books because I've never been a customer there nor do I even wear glasses, the lady got all snippy with me and said she couldn't do that. I asked her why not and she was like "because your number was the one we wrote down." So erase it? We'll see what they say when I get a phone call from them in another few weeks I guess lol!

This was a bad eye exam!! The doctor was very rude and short with my son who is 12yrs old. He RUSHED thru the exam and my son could not speak fast enough to him without the doc getting impatient. Give him a break he's 12!! He put eye drops in and didn't tell us what he was doing, then he tried to touch my sons eye with this blue plastic to check the pressure. My son could not keep his eye open and the doc was getting mad. Why didn't they do the puff of air instead? He was biting his fingernails while my son was reading the letters on the wall. I should have had him wash his hands again. He was nervous and almost like he was on something. My son was in tears when we left. No good bye or thank you. The man at the desk was very rude and not friendly. I told him we were going to walmart for lenses and was very pushy about getting them here. He told us again when we were done about getting frames and I almost let him have it! I said WERE NOT GETTING FRAMES. I want the prescription! I made an eye exam at walmart because I'm afraid he didn't do the prescription right. That will be interesting to compare it. Don't go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rate=0.

My grandson got glasses from here and the rims of the frames kept splitting. Vision mart insisted it was my grandsons fault (even after they sent the lenses back to the lab to have the lens size reduced). So a 10-year-old who seriously needs glasses is supposed to go without because if ineptitude of the lab who fills the prescriptions and the store doesn't back their product. Save yourself some time be money; go elsewhere.

this place is horrible. The person working was very high strung and had no idea how to communicate with customers. When I asked to talk to her manager, she went into a room, shut the door, and lied to her manager and said that I was verbally abusing her. Never have I had a problem there with anyone else but this woman. They seriously need to hire people that actually will have their paperwork straight and who knows what they are doing!!!

Extremely disappointing selection, lead times, and customer service. Was told 2 weeks and ended up being almost 5 weeks. Was denied any compensation on our next purchase so now we will not be returning. The lady working was rude, unapologetic, and didn't find a solution to even try to help us.

Friendly however professionalism could be improved behind the front desk. I got the feeling the Dr was having a bad day or did not enjoy his job. Service was quick and easy.

I only gave a 4 because I really liked the employees who worked at the desk. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I have nothing but nice things to say about them. However, the eye Doctor was not friendly and seemed inpatient. I felt like I was inconveniencing him the whole time. I went there the previous year and had a much better experience. Front desk was funny and treated me great. For some reason I feel my doctor was different and I had a better experience that time.

Worst customer service ever, incompetent. They keep telling me that they will check on my order and call me back...they don't. When I call back 1 week later all I get is bad attitude and the run around.

Tom was so nice & so helpful and helped me pick out the cutest pair of glasses! Cute & affordable glasses! He really worked with my style to help me find the best ones to suit me! Defintkey recommend Tom! And definitely recommend this place!

I am only writing this review seeing the few that I've seen were similar to my experience. It was about 1year and a half ago and I am not going here again! But when we were in I had my son who needs glasses being checked and my step daughter who was 14 and my daughter who was about a year old, with me. My daughter ended up making a stinky diaper and the eye doctor told me to have the two girls stay in the waiting room cuz that smell was awful! Like really??!?!? Not only that but I felt rushed while we were there. I was going to go back here seeing this is the only place that excepted my insurance but now that I've read these other reviews and going off my first visit here back then, I'm NOT returning! Guess I will go else where and just pay out of pocket!!! Very very rude!!!

DR. is great, but the people at the service desk aren't very helpful when I asked questions. The vision place in Walmart in West Bend has better customer service.

Extremely rude employee, didn't want me to come any further into the store because I had slush on my boots. Didn't want me to get to close to her because I smelled like smoke, asked me for something smaller than a $10 bill for a $3 co pay. Also told me to hurry when I called because it was going to snow and she might have to close so she could get home. Seriously, if you don't want to work somewhere just quit and don't be a burden to customers. We are the ones that keep your business going and if you are going to alienate ANY customer for ANY reason you serious need to re evaluate your entire perception of what running a business is like. Also this was the last time we will ever patronize this business.
