Haven’t been here since 2016.. went yesterday for an updated eye exam and to get new glasses and there was completely new staff from the last time i was here! The Optometrist was very knowledgeable and kind! loved him. didn’t have a single problem with my visit : )

Great and friendly staff! 1st time here. They let the kids take their time and pick just the pair of glasses they wanted. Everyone was polite and in a good mood. And the glasses came in a week. Highly recommend this place. Very smooth appointment. They have definitely stolen us from our previous place

I would NEVER recommend this place...Had my eye exam there and when i went to pick up my glasses I couldnt see a thing out of them and they told me to take them home and wear them cause it takes 2 weeks for eyes to adjust...Really.......Im 64 yrs old and have been wearing glasses since i was in my teens and i NEVER picked up a pair of glasses and put them on and couldnt see a thing. Needless to say I have filed a complaint against them.

My insurance changed and unfortunately I came here. My eye appointment was ok, but very rushed. They have no computers or fax machine. so when you ask for a copy of your prescription, you either have to pick it up or receive it days later via snail mail. I asked for a copy of my script (for contacts) back in April and I never received it. I called back and specified that I needed my script so I could order my contacts....they resent it (after some unnecessary attitude from "Candy") only for a call back from 1800-contacts stating it was a glasses script and not a contact script. When they and I tried to call the line was busy for over half an hour. I will not be returning, I'd rather pay a little more for good service and to a company that cares about their customers.

First visit @ Oklahoma's location and the staff was wonderful! Had a warm experience verses going to the Mayfair Mall location to pick new glasses up They were kind enough to have them delivered to location closer to my house; no eye exams there. Staff behind counter seemed tired and bored. When asked to tighten up my old pair, seemed like I was asking for much more. More or less threw a cleaning cloth at me after trying on my new pair . Close to Christmas made staff act like this, or was this normal?? I highly recommend Oklahoma's location for 10 star service. Avoid Mayfair Mall 's location unless an emergency repair if you ask me!

I have united health care community plan- so state &&& omg compared to the other eye doctor I went to with title 19.. they are great!! Professional & I have not one negative thought etc associated with this business. ((36th & Oklahoma))

U do what u can with what you got you dont like it go pay for insurance otherwise sthu lucky to even have a place such as this one to give you something to wear when noone else will. I am more than fine with them have been with them for years ... My kids and I.. And they are doing just fine... I get my exam and what I need that's all that matters hey sure some people's attitudes can be adjusted in some of their locations for the most part they do just fine

My daughter has been waiting three months for her glasses. Every time I call they say they'll look into it and get to me. Come to find out they didn't even send the order in. WOW hey

There is not enough staff. They are very outdated. I have been waiting over 2 week's for my daughters replacement glasses. It's ridiculous. They rush with everything they do. When we did recieve my daughter's first pair of glasses all they did was hand them to her. They didn't check to see if they fit, did not clean the lenses and did not give her a case for them. I do not recommend them to anyone. State insurance or not. People still deserve to be treated with great customer service.
