Drove an hour to go here due to them having a large selection of Miraflex glasses for my daughter. Was very happy when we first walked in to a welcoming hello and quick helping staff. When it got time to try on glasses, the member that helped us did not help at all. Tried on first pair and said they looked cute, but we're continuing to look. While trying on other glasses, the worker pushed the glasses tray to the other side of the table but I continued to reach around and try more on my daughter. I found some we liked and the worker said "No. The first pair you tried had a wider nose piece" and already had the order written up without us saying that is what we wanted. Didn't even measure or trying to help with "fitting glasses". Hoping the ones she decided to order for us fit my daughter and will work for her.

Awesome service. Arrived 15min early as requested. Got my paperwork filled in. Staff answered questions I had. They measure current prescription while you fill in paperwork, so bring your glasses if you have them. Did a quick eye test. Was then called to the back room two minutes later. They already had my eye measurements so I looked at the chart with no lens, my current prescription, and their suggestion. Slight improvement with theirs. Doctor explained my situation without pressuring me to buy a pair from him. Got a copy of my prescription and was finished before my scheduled appointment time. Very impressed with everyone here.

Great fast service! Helped me move my son from Miraflex glasses to wire frames and was very patient. UPDATE: Ordered wire frames for my son but the frame too short and did not fit across my son's face properly. They would not refund or replace them. They did attempt to adjust them several times. Will be looking at different frames this year and hoping they are measured properly the first time...

Hard to find a place for my brother. He has a speech delay and a learning cognative. Everyone was nice and no one got frustrated while working with him. The eye doctor was very helpful and explained a lot of things about his eye sight. They even had the miraflex available here. So happy. Will be bringing all of my family here from now on.

Is there a minus star option? One star is too good for this place. The doctor was fine, very through and professional but the reception staff is rude, disorganized and clearly NOT competent in fitting glasses. Also can't do basic math. The receptionist gave me 3 different quotes on glasses (same pair ) before deciding it was too hard to figure out and said I could "pay the balance " um, no I specifically chose frames from the rack covered by insurance. She then walked away to chat with a friend! I took my prescription and left. I'd rather go without than to go back to this den of incompetence!

Put in an order for glasses 1.5 months ago.. Was told they will be in 10-14 days. Called 3 weeks in and was told not in yet and they will call us when they are in and they should be in within a week, called again a week and a half later same person said the same thing. Wasn't rude, and just said okay. Another week goes by nothing.. Called again and they said they would call tomorrow withupdate. Called the next day before closing, same thing. Started to get frustrated at this point. Tomorrow comes, same thing. I explain to them the situation and they go on about how they had a faxing error. I asked when this occurred and when they found out about it and they said a week after I came in. I asked if I can get a call tomorrow with an update for sure this time and they said yes.. Next day comes, closing is in a few minutes.. No call.. Call again.. They assure me glasses will be in at 10am tomorrow. My husband goes in3 days later and glasses are NOT there.. Give him the same story about the faxing error.. Communication is key.. If someone would just call and update you correctly when you ask, it wouldn't be that bad but they are horrible!

Horrible very rude eyes rolling not friendly at all..will never go back there again! Horrible service. I should've left! Unfortunately the only place My insurance covers all of them are horrible ..I rate a big Zero! Especially Mayfair!
