She also has a very bubbly personality, which make the appointment much more pleasant. Our family of 5 commute over 40 miles to see Dr. Jill. We really appreciate the warm friendly environment and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Jill takes her time to explain the tests she is conducting and makes comparisons to previous exams to help with patient understanding. 4 out of 5 of us wear corrective lenses, both contact lenses and glasses. Dr. Jill is very flexible with trying to find the contacts that best suit each of us. I have a relatively complex prescription and need a couple different kinds of glasses (daily wear multi focal as well as computer glasses). I have also purchased sunglasses from Dr. Jill and when there was a slight problem with the Tiffany frames I selected, she didn't settle for a correction, she had the glasses replaced promptly to assure my satisfaction. We really appreciate the level of professionalism mixed with thoughtful patient services that Dr. Jill and her staff consistently provide.
