If I could rate over 5 stars I would. I've never had such a comfortable experience at an optometrist. Every staff member is incredibly knowledgable and clearly passionate. Bronze himself is truly passionate and interested in his work, with a genuine consideration for the customer. I specifically had a great experience with Sherri, she went above and beyond to make sure my experience is more than perfect. Legitimately, words cannot do this place justice. My experience with Bronze Optical has been beyond incredible. I recommend this place to anyone that want's top notch service, unique frames, and the best possible bang for your buck. Bronze Optical will NOT sell you unreliable cheap frames, nor will they sell you overpriced frames. I have people coming up to me asking where I got my glasses almost everyday.

Bronze offers quality high-end products with the most caring and differentiating services one can find today. I have been wearing glasses for over 70 years and have worked with many chain and private optician businesses. My experience at Bronze Optical exceeds all others. Bronze has a talent for choosing the best quality and style vendors, working with his clients to select frames that are style statements that compliment a person's personality, and providing price points that compete with the chains. Choosing Bronze Optical, in my opinion, is really not a decision, but a given. He is fabulous!

I went there many years ago when he first opened and purchased 2 pair of eyeglasses and a discount off the sunglasses. I loved the glasses so much that I still have them, and I have the sunglasses too, Valentino. Exceptional service!!! Glad to see the business is continuing to success!!

I can't speak highly enough about Bronze Optical! The staff is helpful without being obnoxious. I've worked with Justine and she's been able to suggest frame styles that I would have never picked for myself...and I now get compliments on my glasses. Their customer service is the best in town. They are always glad to adjust my frames when they need it and taught me the right way to clean the lenses. The selection isn't the biggest in town but it's full of stylish, interesting frames that will appeal to a wide range of faces. Their customer service even includes keeping me in mind when they get new frames in stock and calling me when they have a pair of glasses that they think I would like... And once they sell a pair, they don't carry it again! Be sure to tell them that Sarah sent you!!

Quality place to get eyeware. The staff are friendly and timely. Whenever I come in for an appointment, I am seen at my scheduled time, sometimes a little earlier. The optician techs, in particular, Tammia, is very good at her job. She has 20+ years of experience and did a great job teaching me how to put in contacts correctly.

I have been going to Bronze for my glasses for about the last 8 years. They are absolutely top tier in customer service and the selection of frames is outstanding. You make an appointment with someone who will ensure you walk out with a great new pair of glasses that will fit you perfectly. And they are great at their job - I don't think I've ever purchased a pair of glasses I had originally picked out. They always do a better job than I can at picking the right frame for my face. Also, the frames are great quality. I actually still have every pair I've ever gotten and they've held up extremely well over time. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're in the market for some new glasses, give them a try!

Don't go anywhere else if you want top quality glasses that fit perfectly, have correctly ground and polished lenses, excellent service and ultimately the best vision possible. Appointment required, but that is so you have their undivided attention. It will cost more than national chains, but no comparison on long-lasting quality, perfect fit and service. You get what you pay for - so buy once and keep forever, or keep buying cheap frames with badly fitted lenses that break and need replacing every year - like I used to do ten years ago before finding this place. At the end of the day, pay the same with less hassle and better vision. And they will not let you leave with glasses that are not absolutely a perfect fit and with properly prepared lenses. They had to delay delivery of one pair of my glasses because the lense maker got sloppy around the edges - I couldn't tell the difference until they came back properly made. Last but not least, I like that they are always very patient while trying to select new glass frames Very helpful and knowledgeable on zeroing in on the both the look I want and my lifestyle (pretty hard on glasses). Before Bronze Optical my trips to get new glasses were prompted to replace cheap broken frames every year or so. Now they last forever and I keep the old ones for backup or convert into tinted sunglasses. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

I decided to give this place a try after several crappy experiences at vision works and Americas Best contacts and glasses. This place is everything I was looking for. The doctor was knowledgeable and took his time to make sure my prescription was perfect. I didn't feel rushed and all the extras that you can get on your glasses didn't feel pushed on me to get. I will be making all my future glasses and contact purchases here. No doubt.

It's hard to describe the experience at Bronze Optical. It's like going to your favorite Aunt and Uncle's house where you always feel appreciated. It's very personal and the incredible staff will never let you leave with ill-fitting glasses, either for your personality or your face. I've been a customer for about ten years and I love them. The prices are for an upscale shop but they're patient and give you options, and you know you're getting the best.
