Horrible experience getting glasses here for both my daughter and my husband. We were overcharged for my daughter's glasses, and they had to send my husband's glasses back to the lab twice because they screwed up. Two months later we finally get them, and no apologies whatsoever. If "their lab" is so incompetent I wonder why they keep doing business with them. And the doctor blows you off. My husband tried to tell them the glasses he purchased from them had the wrong prescription. Their answer? "Oh, it's only a diopter off". If it's wrong enough so that he can tell the difference, then fix it. End of story. He had to argue with them to finally fix it. Mt daughter wanted to try contacts. I never had problems with contacts myself, so I didn't know why she kept saying they were painful. We tried various brands of contacts. The technician rolled his eyes at her because he didn't understand the problem. The eye doctor never offered any advice. Went back another time and saw a different technician who immediately saw that my daughter had dry eye and that's why the contacts were so uncomfortable. We now go to a different eye doctor, and they were able to prescribe contacts she can were comfortably. I will never step foot in this office again.

I have been seeing Dr.Pearlman since I was 10yrs old! He is a great man and a wonderful Doctor. I just had Lasik with the eye center and couldn't be more happy! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
