I loved my experience at the Spectacle Shop Outlet. Jane, one of the associates, made what my insurance coverage super clear so there were no surprises about the charges and didn’t try to grossly upsell me as has often been my experience with other glasses shops. Jane and her coworker were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand the mistake I made in my last glasses purchase I made at another shop that left me disappointed in my lenses for years. The shop itself has a great range of frames and their turnaround time cannot be beat! Will certainly be back in two years for my next pair.
