Went through three pair of glasses in a month! Do not buy the Anit glare it's a rip off an does nothing but glare an scratches very easy! the first time it was a defect the second time they didn't want to cover it even though the same thing happened it had spider web cracks all over it where you won't be able to see. Took them to another eye dr an they said the anit glare sometime doesn't work with high polycarbonate lenses. The lady at the desk said cheap insurance cheap service. I have never felt the need to leave a bad survey I just personally won't go back but I don't want someone to go through the same situation as I did.

Horrible experience. Did not return my calls. Needed my contact prescription but doctor was out of the office and staff does not have access to prescriptions so they weren't able to help me. Why would staff not have access to prescriptions?? Not helpful at all.

I loved this place! I was a first time customer. The doctor was great, and all the staff I interacted with were incredibly sweet and accommodating. Almost no wait time, which I have never experienced at an eye doctor before! The facility was nice and clean, and I was in and out in no time. They were highly stocked with samples, so I could find the right contacts that work for my eyes. I highly recommend them. 10/10

When I walked up and saw the pup at the door...I suspected this was going to be the eye doctor for me! I’ve been looking for a practice that feels personal and not commercialized and this is it! Everyone was warm and welcoming. Dr. Rebuck took his time and didn’t rush me in and out of the office. If you’re looking for an eye doctor whose office feels “hometown” but has top-notch vision equipment then this is the place for you!

I came in with back to back appointments with my 3 kids. They were awesome with all 3! They were thorough with them and took their time. The doctor was very nice and the staff were also especially nice and accommodating. They have a friendly dog in their office that made my kids feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this office and will definitely be a returning customer.

I was nervous considering my daughter is 5 and she was scared and said she didnt want the dr to look at her eyes. Well to my surprise she did very well with the help of the dog that was in the office and the dr who actually had her laughing. Any time my daughter would fuss the dog would come over and that would take tears and immediately turn it into smiles. I LOVE that there was a dog there to help distract my daughter from overthinking about the dr looking at her eyes. The dr was very patient with my daughter and overall great! Loved this place!!!!!

Just moved to area and could not be happier to have found Dr. Rebuck. Caring, patient, knowledgeable and I never felt rushed or pressured. I was afraid of not finding someone up to the level of my previous eye doctors in the NY metro area and Dr. Rebuck equals and exceeds my expectations. Entire office staff was just as good. Highly recommend this office!

I would highly recommend this office. I took my special needs daughter in for exam and glasses. Dr. Rebuck was very patient with her. Dr. Rebuck is very knowledge and took time to explain things we didn't understand. Ms. D was excellent, my daughter liked her very much. Ms. D took her time to help find a frame that would fit my daughter's wide bridge as well as something she liked.

I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. I had to go back 3 times before they could get it right 4 trips in total. There was a 2 week delay on my lenses due to the lab making an error. After my initial appointment; I went to pick up my glasses, when I tried them on I could not see through them. I told the staff and they told me I had to "adjust" to them. I've been wearing corrective lenses since childhood. I COULD NOT SEE through them to drive. They seemed uninterested and did not help, I was told that the doctor would not see me until 2 weeks later - after I was adjusted to the prescription. LOL I couldn't wear them to become "adjusted". After going back for the third time and the staff testing the prescription on my lenses, they kept telling me that it is correct and I should be able to see out of them. WHAT? It was only after the DOCTOR tested my lenses that he found that he found my lenses were actually transitional lenses (Which I don't need) I had to wait another 2 weeks. I tried my glasses and I must admit, they are still not correct. The staff just looks at you when you tell them there is a problem. I just took my glasses and left. SO UNHAPPY!

I took 3 of my children to one appointment. They where quick but through. The staff was wonderful. Very attentive & took time to explain details in the protective glare/cover for lenses . My son is a new licensed driver so I thought that was worth every penny. The eye doctor seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I definitely will return next year.

I took my daughter couple days ago i wasn't impressed at all with the Service that my daughter got we got treated awfully my son was with us my son is special needs he has to take toys with him to play to keep him busy every where we go so when we got called back into the exam room my son had his toys on the floor the dr came in and said you gotta move this isnt a play ground very rude way! Then we do have insurance which it covers everything which i did call after we got home the insurance company told me they shouldn't charge me anything which they did the lady that gives you the eye test n the back and does pictures she tells me if she takes my daughter before the dr calls her it will be more then what the paper says then there is a dog running around again remind you my son was playing in the room i heard a lady say i forgot the dog name she rudely said i guess thw dog cant walk around n her own office cuz of that kid playing we won't be coming back here there lazy cuz they dont wanna look up a medical code for the insurance they rather charge you they act like your inconvenience them this was our first time here never again

Great Staff and Eye Doctor. They took all 5 of my kids in ONE visit. So that I didn't have to come multiple different times. They also took great care of each kid and took time to really examine their eyes and make sure they were getting the best care. The ladies at the desk we very nice and attentive. They also have a very nice and clean office. I highly recommend them.

A huge thank you to Dr. Rebuck and his staff for their excellent care! Dr. Rebuck saw me a few days after an ER visit caused by extreme headache & nausea, and more alarmingly, rapid lose of vision. The hospital had discharged me with a headache pain reliever and told me to “do yoga.” I followed it up with an eye appointment, because my vision was still in decline and called Dr. Rubucks office, who after hearing about my vision, kindly priority scheduled me even though they had no appointment openings. To make a long story short, he was able to identity that I had a rare condition called Intercranial hypertension that can cause blindness if not take care of immediately and sent me back to the ER with the proper referrals to help me receive the care I needed. Intercranial hypertension is a specialty of Nuro ophthalmologist and neurologist, so I am beyond impressed and thankful that Dr. Rebuck was able to identify it so accurately and quickly when time was of the essence for preserving my vision. And also a shout out to the staff, who recognized I needed immediate care over the phone. Dr. Rebuck is obviously very experienced in and beyond his field and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and professional eye doctor!

They're always great if you need to bring some toddlers with you; extremely friendly staff. We've only been twice, but they were right on time both visits. They got eye drops into my 6 year old with no fuss. And for me, I have some unique eye situations and was really delighted to find Dr. Rebuck was familiar with pituitary tumors and the damage they can do to optic nerves (a doctor knowledgeable in pituitary tumors is a rare and amazing find!!). Oh, and there's a dog in the office for bonus pets.
