Last year I asked if they could just do lenses to fit my glasses. They looked over my glasses and said of course, we used to carry those. How great is that? Just buy the plastic instead.
Well they sent my glasses back over 3 times. All while I did not have a back up pair. When you send glasses back and forth 3 times it is at least 3 weeks without glasses and how I convent is that? Welkom the vey last time the assured me it was going to be fixed.
I get to pick them up and it was the worst yet, but I couldn't wait any longer as I was going on a cruise and really wanted to have my glasses as I can't see to even drive let alone enjoy myself.
They were horrible, but I just couldn't leave without them. So I took them and they told me they would probably be fine. Just bring them back in when I come back and they would for sure be fixed.
I make it to 2 hours later before my lenses fall out and one was lost. I then couldn't get them fixed without paying for new lenses as I lost these.
It was awful, but I was stupid and went back to them. The doctor is great, so I just chalked it up too a one time thing.
I still think the doctor is great, but front staff is lacking.
I just ordered glasses and sent them my prescription on the 19 of June. I just called expecting to pick them up and they were like we never received your prescription.
I still have the email so forwarded it to them again which they promptly received. I'm disappointed because I was told on the 19 when I called they had it, now they are claiming they never received it, but you can clearly see when I sent the email.
So at least it's only another 10 days to wait right?
For sure never again, my husband and I will go somewhere else for sure.
