Dr. Taylor is a kind man and great doctor; however, his Achilles heel is his front desk staff. The women who work at the front are rude and unprofessional. Because of this I do not recommend this practice.

Disappointed in patient care. Went in to get a trial pair of contacts after eye exam. They refused to give them without another appointment. Same place I purchased my glasses and had my last five eye exams. I explained that my insurance coverage was better in one week and had an appointment scheduled that week. Still they refused to help me without an appointment. I would not recommend Nitro eye care. All that had to be done is give me the trial pair and see me in one week on my scheduled appointment. They still would have received my money for the appointment and kept a patient.
