Until recently this was a great office. After some staffing changes over time things have seemingly gone down hill. I've been trying for over a month now too pick up a trial pair of contacts that were supposedly in a few months ago but now they cannot find my contacts and after 10 calls back and forth they have yet to find them. I was supposed to receive a call back last week but that has yet to happen. Will defiantly be finding a new eye doctor after this experience.

I went to med express at 8am because my eye was hurting and i didnt know why. I was there about an hour and was referred for an appt with this office and in to see them at 1pm. Excellant customer service. Especially since i am not from this area.

If you have a chance to go someplace else, go someplace else. I had to try a different doctor because of my insurance so I tried Murray Murray and Groves. Got a trial pair on contacts, they asked me to wear them at least 5 days and call back. So, after about a week or so (I had been sick in between) I called back and said the contacts were fine. I was told my prescription would be ready at the front desk and I could come pick it up the next day. I couldn't get in the next day, but got over there the day after that. My prescription wasn't up front, and more than that, there was no contact prescription in the computer for me either. Nothing. I'm told they'll check with the doctor. I wait a few days and still nothing. So, I call back. They say they will talk to the doctor, and the doctor will call me back and I'll be able to get my prescription as late as 8pm that same day. Doctor never called, so I still don't have my prescription. So, I guess I'm going to have to call or stop in yet again, and MAYBE I'll get my prescription .... 3 weeks after my appointment. Just go someplace else. They clearly have no idea how to run an office.

My experience with Murray Murray & Groves has been great. Dr. Groves maintains a friendly attitude and answers all of my concerns in a positive manner. Whether I have needed frames replaced, glasses, or contact lens the staff has always been available to me. I highly recommend them for all your optical needs.
