The eye Dr was good. Their customer service is poor. They lost my first pair of glasses, then got the lenses wrong on the second pair. Asked for a refund. It's been over 4 weeks now and I still have not seen my refund. Took my prescription elsewhere.

Have had nothing but good things to say about this place. Have 5 children, moved farther away and went somewhere else the doctor at the other place told me my 3rd son had no problems despite his complaints of things not being right. Took them back to mountain state and he was prescribed glasses the same day. When he put the glasses on and looked around saying " Wow, mom I can see that" " Mom I didn't think that we were suppose to be able to see that/ read that." And you see the grin on their face as they keep turning and looking you know someone is doing something right. I've had 2 go through the same excitement. The other place could relate to kids better but the end result is what really matters.

Staff nice ,but doctor pushy , told me I needed glasses for distance ,but can see farther than most of my family and could not see out of glasses he prescribed. Went elsewhere and was prescribed reading glasses and have no problems seeing out of them.

Very professional & concerned about his pts. Front desk staff is knowledgeable, efficient & thorough....Has large selection of better made frames around, too.

I don't have anything to compare this place to. I've been going here my whole life, but that doesn't mean I'm crazy about the service. I feel indifferent towards it. The doctor doesn't have any emotion and refuses to truly talk to me or my mom. It's all business for him and that makes me pretty uncomfortable. I used to really love the staff, but a lot of ladies who worked the front desk have been replaced. My glasses have never been terrible, though. They help me see a lot better so he's good at that aspect.
