I have tried just about every place in Winchester. I have had some average people to deal with and some who figured you were in their store so they they didn't care how they treated you, they had you and most people would take the treatment just to get your glasses and leave. WELL, I'm the one spending my hard earned money. You don't treat me right I walk out and that's what I did. I found Gott's Glasses and the treatment doesn't end there. I am hard on glasses. If I needed a repair, I usually got them fixed while I waited. Clearance glasses, ordering glasses, adjusting, changing nose pieces, They are GREAT. I'll never go elsewhere. They are busy and you may have to wait but they are there to help in any way they can. Great guys to deal with. Ask for discount or coupon, they usually have one.

The worst experience the past few time . The guy seem frustrated helping even though I paid up front. Said a few days, but it’s been 5 days still did not complete my order. I think he just didn’t put in the order. This will be the last time I visit this location, it’s a shame I been coming here since I was in high school. Worst experience I would not recommend this establishment.

My previous experience(s) at Gott's Glasses was outstanding. I spent a lot of money for glasses this past fall. They are without a doubt the absolute worst pair of glasses i have ever owned. I have been wearing progressive lenses for decades. The prescription in the right lense does not continue far enough toward the nose. Therefore, if i don't perform some unusual head positioning the right eye is blurry. This is after their second attempt! I was told "wear them for awhile, i think you will like them" by Roy. It has been over two months. They are still terrible.

The string on my semi-rimless glasses broke, and they fixed it super fast! Was very affordable and good conversation. Cool people. Will come again :)
