I love this shop! Between my husband and myself, we've purchased four pairs of Rx glasses here along with a number of other boutique items that I haven't seen anywhere else. The staff is personal and we've received great service each time we've been there. I'm sure our future glasses will come from this shop too.

I searched most of the big box options in NOVA before hitting up Eyetopia. Christina turned our experience from stressful and upsetting to a pleasure with smiles rather than tears. Christina made the selection process easy...she did most of the selecting, we tried on, took some pictures and done! The glasses came back within a week (including a long holiday weekend), way shorter than the estimated two week turnaround. You may pay a little extra for the exceptional customer service, quality lenses and year warranty program, but I would say it is well worth it!! Five stars for Eyetopia!!! Wanted to add to my review regarding the quality of the lenses. The Doctor inspected the glasses and said they were made exactly to the prescription with literally no variance.

Paige ensures that my glasses fit perfectly. Paige makes shopping for new glasses fun too. The staff provides superior customer service for any issues that come up. The shop has fashionable readers and sunglasses with readers (no more readers from the pharmacy for me!) as well as other accessories that you won't find any place else. Eyetopia is the coolest store! As soon as you walk in you are captivated.... Eye wear for every occasion and style, Purses for every taste from conservative to just plain daring, Jewelry and so much more......... and if you haven't come on Chocolate DAY, you are REALLY missing out on something special. Paige the owner is friendly and personable she feels like a family member after just a few minutes of walking in the door. She takes time to get to know you and your taste and style and really cares about what works best for you. With Eyetopia and the Salon above the shop Innovative Hair Studios, they make a wonderful impression with their welcoming, caring attitude. Great Job ! We will be back often !

From scheduling the appointment to choosing the frames the entire experience was excellent. The staff is as friendly, welcoming and accommodating as Paige. This is my new home for frames and lenses!

I have a strong prescription that includes progressive lenses. When I went upstairs at Eyetopia to the gallery of gorgeous frames, I told Christina my prescription needs and that I didn't want my head to shrink behind my glasses. She sat me down and brought 25 different frames for me to try. She helped me narrow them down to five and ultimately one pair. My glasses were ready in under two weeks and the lab did a gorgeous job. Not only do I not have a shrinking-head, for the first time in over 20 years, my lenses are not visible from the sides of the frame. Thanks so much, Christina and Eyetopia!
