Four of us from our family had our regular eye examination recently at different times. We all had an excellent experience, the staff was courteous and very helpful and answered all the questions I had thoroughly to my satisfaction. Dr McGrew performed the eye checkup for my daughters. Dr McGrew is humourous and witty, and my daughters were smiling most of the time. Overall it was an excellent experience.

I saw Dr. Khanh Chang today. She was very pleasant and professional. She is knowledgeable and was quick to address all of my individual needs. Her staff, from the front desk check-in/billing personnel to Kathy the optician who took her time helping me to select just the right pair of glasses, were just wonderful! I'm glad I chose this location for my overdue check-up :)

Dr. McGrew and the entire staff were outstanding. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was immediately greeted with courtesy. I filled out a few simple forms and.was taken directly to the rear offices to have my eyes measured and get the retina scan that I opted for (highly recommended as you see the photographic evidence of your eyes and any structural flaws). I then waited in the interior lounge and was ultimately greeted personally by Dr. McGrew within 5 minutes. He escorted me to his examination room and, after reviewing the retina scan pictures in detail and explaining the findings to me, performed a thorough exam to determine the near and distance vision correction that I needed. He personally spent 30 minutes with me and I was totally satisfied that all of my vision issues had been completely assessed and corrective action properly diagnosed. Dr. McGrew personally escorted me to his Optical Technician, Debbie who reviewed the doctor's computer generated notes to recommend the best glasses that would not only provide vision correction but would also match to my lifestyle. Our discussion focused on my need for distance vision correction for driving, golf, sports events, etc. We agreed that, although I could benefit from close up correction as had been prescribed, I could defer getting reading glasses until I was sure to use them. I was surprised that I left the office 1.5 hours after I arrived as it felt like I had been there for 30 minutes. The entire staff showed me the utmost of personal and professional courtesy during my visit. Obviously that made the time fly by. This was a first class experience and the entire team is to be commended!

I love the Eyecare Center. I have been going there for years. They are very well organized and take great care of my eyesight for a very reasonable price. They also are excellent at what they do and catch problems quickly.

Dr. McGrew completely rocks. He is one of my favorite doctors. I've been going to him for several years and I find him to be competent, friendly, and accommodating. I am sensitive to dilation drops and he was happy to do a work around for me. Dr. McGrew gets 57 extra points for also having a great sense of humor. His staff is wonderful, I can always get an appt and I don't wait long once I'm there. For all your eye hardware needs, go see Dereik Simpson at their optical center. He is also very accommodating -- he didn't flinch when I tasked him with replicating the "magic pair" of lenses in my rimless glasses. He's also an all-around nice guy. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. McGrew and his entire staff are wonderful, professional and warm. They all are extremely knowledgeable and well educated, and my appointments are always a pleasure (I never thought I’d say that about eye doctor appointments!)

Got a same day appointment. The eye exam was quick, simple, but thorough. Debbie helped me pick out my glasses and went over my insurance information- she was great! The only thing I would maybe recommend for this place is to get a bigger selection of frames. Great experience overall.

The Eyecare Center is a great office for my family's eyecare needs. Good availability of appointment times, on time reception, great care, and follow-up. Dr. McGrew is very receptive to our needs and the staff is very helpful.
