Polishing the sides of my new lenses was "forgotten" and would have taken another 7 days to correct, after I already waited 7 days to get the glasses. I told the optometry apprentice to forget it and refund my money for that. Then this "apprentice" adjusted and adjusted and adjusted my glasses for 20 minutes without being able to get it right. They are terrible and I fear that all the bending and twisting has damaged and may cause weakness in the structure of the frames, resulting in breakage. I am going to attempt to get a refund but am not hopeful.

Don’t bother with an appointment, they don’t bother keeping it.

Horrible experience. Made appointments for 12 and 12:30, and we were 15 minutes late to first appointment. When I arrived they told us that they had given BOTH away to walk-ins, even though we were there 15 minutes early for the 12:30. No call, no text, no email to warn us. Was told "there is nothing we can do about it, you were late." Awful policy, and even worse customer service. To be fair though, I think these problems stem from the receptionist, and not the actual optometrist. Long story short, if you think you might be late, find another optometrist.

Both trips to costco for each of my daughters new glasses were efficient and friendly. The optical employees were helpful and patient while they waited on the phone to confirm my VSP coverage since VSP had down something wrong on their side. we will go back next year for our new frames.
