The woman, Tiffany was rude and very unprofessional. The man Seth, I wonder why he is everyone's favorite.... because he is the best Bailey's eye care has. He should be managing the place. STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE every time.

This is not the Bailey Eye Care you remember. I was happy with their service in the past but my last experience was HORRIBLE. I had an exam and picked out frames and shelled out over $1000 and went on my way expecting the frames to come in and everything turns out fine. Nope. To make a long (6 months) story short they put the wrong prescription in the frames TWICE, they came back scratched, and they ordered lenses that did not fit my frames. Oh, and if they tell you they will call you back it is never going to happen. On two occasions they notified me that my glasses were ready but they weren't. I must have gone back 6 or 8 times and left a dozen unreturned messages. I even left three unreturned messages for Dr Leoni! Luckily a very kind person named Ayesha took pity on me and has helped me get through this mess. They offered me $50 on my account but do they really think I'm dumb enough to use their services again? I think the excellent staff they had before retired and they are experiencing a new business model: ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU ARE SOL!

I went to Bailey's Eye Care because I wanted a new pair of glasses. Dr. Bailey found I had cataracts and helped me chose Dr. Louise Doyle a wonderful eye surgeon who implanted multifocal lens bilaterally. Now I see near and far without glasses. The staff there is very pleasant, especially Kim.

The staff at this office are all very kind and really care about the patient. Seth is an excellent member of their team. He helped me pick out my glasses and was very patient and professional when talking about pricing and insurance allowances. He did not pressure me at all. Upon measuring my current sunglasses for lens replacement my glasses were dropped by one of the staff members; not only were they honest in telling me they had dropped my glasses, they asked me to look over them for any damage, they took responsibility for the damage and replaced my sunglasses with NEW FRAMES AND LENSES at no charge to me. I tell everyone I can about the amazing staff and customer service at this eye care office. Would highly recommend!

Not very pleased... Beyond the $1200.00 cost associated to my new glasses Ive called in and left messages twice and no response. It's now been eleven business days and no contact. Since know one answers I will have to stop by next week and I will be leaving a google/yelp review for others to see. Looks like you've lost a customer.

They advertise they are providers with my vision insurance, but what they want really is your health insurance so they can bill the health insurance. It’s a scam and I won’t return to this office. Thank goodness I didn’t fall into the “ buy your glasses here” sales pitch.

These guys are the best! My husband and I have gone there for 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Bailey is thorough with keeping my glaucoma in check, and Dr. Leoni is most kind and considerate. The whole staff feels like family. The opticians can fit a pair of glasses to my face without leaving them sitting crooked and driving me nuts - I don't have to tweak them when I get home. :-D I've recommended them to friends and family for years and will continue to do so. The only improvement I could see is a branch office a bit closer to Charleston...but other than that, Bailey EyeCare couldn't be better! Edited September 2012: I go every three months because of the glaucoma and as usual, my most recent visit was excellent.

Started out fine, years ago. Now, just terrible, not to mention price! $$$ Staff very unfriendly and rude! Will not return calls, even though they say they will. 4 weeks later still waiting on return call about glasses and contacts. You would think they would take care of their return patients. Once they have your money you are screwed! Find another eye place!

I have lived all over the country and seen many different eye Dr.'s and this is the first place to not only get my prescription right but to fit me with contact lenses that work. I am a personal trainer and glasses get in the way; so I looked for six years for contacts and none worked. Dr. Campbell is very professional and caring and made sure to take her time with me and answered all my questions. The staff is awesome. They care about me as a person and making sure I have what I need before walking out. I travel from SC to Barboursville every year for my eye exam because I will not go anywhere else. They do a good job but push expensive products and do not readily provide your prescription so you can purchase glasses elsewhere.

I would have left one star but the staff is very friendly, now for the bad there phone system is horrible and unprofessional you shouldn’t have to leave a voicemail for a question and when you do they never call you back . Ordered my glasses and they were wrong and my sunglasses were wrong as well I told the sales person numerous times what I wanted and she must not have listened or didn’t understand. Bailey eye care is nowhere like it used to be and it’s sad.. my family will be looking for a new eye care doctor .

Up-to-date equipment, clean office, and excellent care. Have been going here for years after having multiple wrong prescriptions and undiagnosed issues from Tri-State Eye Care. Bailey's Eye Center was recommended by a doctor because they offer Miraflex for children. The staff was AMAZING with answering all of my questions and ensuring my daughter had the right fit.
