My husband ordered glasses with a prescription he brought with him. He paid and waited 3 weeks for them.They called us to say they were ready.When we got there, they were the wrong prescription! They said they would fix. We waited for them to call us another 3 weeks and no call to us. We finally called them. They said they called us, but they had called the wrong phone number- even though they called us previously. I would never recommend this store.

I was able to get in relatively quickly for a new patient appointment after a ocular migraine worried me, I needed some piece of mind. My husband has gone here for years and always told me to go. After acouple bad experiences with my last optometrist and him basically living in Hawaii, I decided to give this place a whirl. My husband was right. Everyone was very nice and the doctor was very thorough and kind. The hours are pretty dang great too.

Called to see if they order frames. I was told yes to come in. When I got there after sitting in traffic I was told thru never order anything for customers. I had to buy what's there. The store is too small to even have an adequate selection. I cannot recommend the store

I give them high marks. Yes, it's small. Yes, they're sometimes understaffed. But the staff has always been really friendly and knowledgeable, as well as responsive when I did have time shared. Nobody fussed when my daughter spent the better part of an hour picking out back up frames, and they honored their warranty on the scratch proof lenses.

I really needed to "re-new" my prescription for my glasses. My boyfriend said he has been here before and I should go as well. I made the appointment 30 days in advance for a Saturday. While I was waiting for my appointment the day of, the doctor knew he was busy, but still took the time to take in an emergency. I though that was very admirable. The doctor and staff are quick and thorough. I believe Brenna is the gals name that I worked with out front to get my glasses ordered. She's great! I would 100% recommend vista optical for your eye care needs.
