Today was my first time at The Eyewear Gallery but it certainly did not feel like it. Dr. Gammon, Cindy & Rachel all go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. As a new patient I would have never dreamed that I could call and within 3 hours have seen the doctor! I was having a problem with my eye so I called thinking I would get an appointment maybe by the end of the week but to my surprise they took me at 3pm. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and did not have to wait long until I was in with the doctor. Dr. Gammon is very thorough and informative and genuinely concerned about your eye health. I really appreciated that they took extra time to help me with the prescription I was given that my health plan would not cover. I am looking forward to a long relationship with the business. Thanks again Dr. Gammon and staff.

Jen is the bomb. My husband, my daughter and myself all visited here in the last few weeks and all had a wonderful experience. Jen helped us all get new glasses and sunglasses. I went to Eyewear Gallery several years ago. I then was 83 years old, in debilitating pain through my head from jaw to scalp. Had been through every medical exam, plus 3 years of opthamologist exams and 2 cataract replacements which did give me excellent vision but no relief from headaches. Next, 2 years with neurologist, no relief from debilitating headaches other than massive narcotics that kept me in bed, unable to read or concentrate. Gave up on internal medicine. What next? All I could think of was external diagnostics. What is external to eye? Optometrist? Fortunately chose Eyewear Gallery. Saw Dr. Dawn for routine exam for new glasses. She said Oh My!, spent 2 hours examining my eyes. She found what she described as an unusual eye birth defect. Wrote me a new glasses prescription. Picked up my new glasses a few days later. Put them on. Headaches and eyestrain gone in 2 days. Now 3 years later and all eye, vision, pain problems gone. I went to Eyewear Gallery to see if they could find problems when my doctor, specialist opthamologists and neurologists had given up. Dr.Dawn saved my life. I have my life back, reading and driving and living with no pain, no eyestrain. For me a miracle.

Dr. Gammon was gentle and patient with both us and her and answered all of our questions. She's truly concerned about her patients' experience--both in her office and in their lives.

Customer Service is tops! Dr. Gammon takes her time fitting contact lenses, which is especially important for patients like me who wear multi-focal contacts (very tricky to get the perfect balance of distance and near vision). Jenn is amazing at handling orders for contacts and glasses; she is very knowledgeable and her communications are timely and responsive to a patient's needs/schedule. Highly recommend!

Dr Dawn and Lauren were awesome and absolutely professional! Very nice office. Jen however was not so pleasant, with every interaction she was curt and condescending. Unfortunately, she’s usually the last person I speak to when I’m leaving so I end up remembering her interaction instead of the pleasant experience throughout my visit — for this reason I give the office 3 stars instead of 5.

Wonderful experience getting a pair of glasses. I am a petite woman and learned they have one of the largest selection of glasses for me. Most of the time I have to compromise and take what I can but here I had lots of fashionable styles to pick from. Jen was a great help and gave me excellent service. Really impressed with my new OVVO frames and all of the added perks like free refills on lens cleaner, etc. The staff were also very helpful with insurance claim paperwork (can still recoup some cost despite them not being in my insurance network). Be aware, it gets pretty busy around noon. Overall very satisfied and will return for any further needs.

A nice office that has some stylish frames. The doctor was very nice and professional throughout my visit. She asked questions and seemed genuine. I have only 2 minor concerns with my experience: 1. When I ordered my glasses they signed me up for the most expensive package without any consultation or even asking what I wanted. They tried to sell me the most expensive anti-glare, lens material, and something else I can't quite remember. AFTER insurance covered $300 + 20%, my total was over $500! Luckily, my wife had just recently ordered glasses here and I knew a ballpark range for what the cost should be for a similar pair of glasses. I had the receptionist go line by line over the bill. For about 3 "features" this is how the conversation went: Receptionist: This is the best quality lens ME: Did my old pair use that quality, or a lower quality? Receptionist: it was medium quality, which would be "X" amount cheaper ME: Cool, remove the best quality and give me medium quality. I obviously was fine with it for the last 5 years. Repeat that conversation 3 times, and I saved a couple hundred dollars. The lady was very nice about it though! She did not seemed off-put or mad by me making her explain the charges to me. It was handled very professionally. I won't deduct more than one star for this as it is a business and I expect them to try to up-sell you. I just wished they would have asked first before trying to ring up the bill. I told my wife this when I came home and she said they tried to do the same thing to her! Just know this when you go in. 2. They seemed to have computer/IT issues a lot. When I first called to set up an appointment she said she would have to call me back because their computer was down to access the schedule. No worries, she called back in about an hour. I was able able to get an appointment very quickly, so that's a positive! Then at the appointment, after I picked out my new frames, she went to ring me up and enter my info but the computer was down for this. We waited for about 10 minutes before she told me just to leave and we could finish up over the phone later. Not a huge deal. I understand the problem will arise from time to time, but something they definitely should look into fixing for the sake of the "more disgruntled" customers that may come in. At the end of the day, I liked the doctor, I was seen for an appointment quickly, and I got the glasses I wanted at a price I deemed acceptable. I would definitely recommend this place. But remember to ask for the breakdown of your bill before you pay.
