The doctor and staff were excellent. This was my 1st time going here after a random Google search and seeing that they accepted my insurance. Not always do my random Google searches end up in such great experiences. I asked the woman at the front desk about 50 questions And she answered every one of them in a kind and informative manner. The doctor was also wonderful, I saw Dr. Zink. She was SO pleasant and very helpful. Wonderful office!

Terrible service. Lady greeted us as if we were a nuisance. No help offered in choosing frames and we were the only customers there. Went straight to Lens crafters and were warmly greeted and offered great advice and service.

They don't open on time (first statement) Since the doctor office found it Appropriate to look up my file and pull my phone number and contact me over my rating I feel the need to explain this a little better. I was contacted today by one of the employees of this business, I believe one of the doctor gave me call asking why I gave a one star rating, he went on to tell me "if I would have gotten out of my truck and walk over and check the doors i would known they were open on time." First off, that's creepy you remember me being in a truck and second off you pulled my phone number to call me to ask me to change my rating, I went on to explain to him I looked up what time they open online, online says 830am to 7pm. I got there a little early I believe 8:20. At 8:30 someone arrived and went inside I was being polite and gave them time to get inside and get situated, I noticed on the left side of building where the glasses are the lights where on and a lady was doing something so at this time 8:45am I went over to the first door and it was locked so I went to the doctor office door and it was also locked. I went back to my truck and waited once I saw the lights on in the doctor office at 9:00 I went back over and went inside and pick up my contacts. I didn't complain, figured they was running behind or something but I did rate them on Google.don't tell me a lie saying the doors where unlocked when I check them at 845 and decide to wait until 9 to try again if you unlocked and notice I was waiting you should have motion for me to come over. The front desk lady didnt even get there until 8:55.

I am pleased to rate National Optical as an excellent place to obtain one's glasses. My wife and I have both shopped there. We both wear progressive lenses which are among the most difficult to fit. I've tried other eye-wear firms and they just can't get it right and one's vision is not corrected. At National Optical they obviously take pride in accuracy. When they have had our prescription lenses manufactured and fitted them to our frames the vision correction has been accurate immediately. I think their prices are reasonable for the higher quality product and service one receives. We've also found the staff to be most pleasant and helpful. One way to judge the integrity of a business is how long the employees have worked there. At the Hershberger office, where we shop, they've had the same staff for years.
