Worst of the worst!

I give only three stars because overall the experience with the doctor was great. The exam was spot on and super friendly. Now when it cam to get the glasses my daughter had a really great experience with a wide selection to choose from. As for me not so much, the lady acted like I was of no importance when it came to helping me. Plus the selection of wire frames for men was very limited I guess. She pointed me to a small carousel with only like 15 different styles to choose. Was really disappointed.

Doctor and receptionist at the medical portion were very nice and friendly. The people over on the side that sells the frames are awful, unprofessional, and not helpful in any way. Eye exam was 85$ but did not include your PD, extra 25$ charge on the frame purchase side for this FYI. You cannot purchase correct frames without the PD measurement.

I've used this store and only this store to purchase glasses and lenses for at least 15 years. They have a fantastic selection, great prices, and knowledgable, friendly staff. I no longer bother looking anywhere else.

I am verv unsatisfied with this business as the staff is very un professional. They are not customer friendly and they overcharge you . The reason why I say this is, they charge you for a pair of glasses and give you a warranty and then they don't honor it. The personel very contradicting on who said what . If you like to be taken advantage of then this is your place. Just to show you a comparison they were trying to get $150 for frames and I went else where for the full pair for $90 and no hassel. I will absolutely not recommend this business to anyone . Be prepared to flush your money down the drain for a bad service. Honestly if I could give this establishment no stars or negative stars that would much better express how I feel.

I would not recommend this business. I took a pair of glasses in to get it adjusted and the staff member broke my glasses while adjusting. The staff member was apolgetic and nice, but apparently company policy is that National Optical is not responsible for reimbursement if they break your glasses. I was not even offered a discount on a new pair. Maybe other stores have similar policies, but this seems like bad business to me. So now I've walked away from this business with broken glasses and no intention to return.
