Dr. Church answered all my questions thoroughly. She is competent, friendly, and professional. Anita knew the insurance allowances inside out and explained everything to me. She had a knack for quickly picking out the perfect frames too!

I've been seeing Dr. Nick for about 20 years and I can't say enough good things about him. Great demeanor and has taken great care of my eyes over the years. I can't recommend Greenbriar Vision Center enough.

Greenbrier Vision is wonderful place and has a great atmosphere. From the moment you walk into the office the front desk staff warmly greets you, they are prompt, organized and friendly. I saw Dr. Church and can't say enough great things about her. She creates a warm and inviting environment, making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed, she spent plenty of time with me explaining everything in great detail, I had lots of questions, but she was very patient. The final person to put the icing on the cake was Anita, she was juggling 5 other patients and not once did I feel like I was being ignored, she is beyond pro! She is extremely personable, and wants to ensure you like your glasses and they fit perfect. She stayed late for me and a few others, making sure everyone was taken care of. This place is the real deal, the whole package, the friendly feeling of a family owned business without losing the professionalism and maintains a high level of quality and skill. You should certainly try them out!

I really like Dr. Marotta, well Sandra at least. I've never dealt with Nicholas before so can't speak to the quality of his eye care. Unfortunately, they have hired some of the rudest people on the planet to work the front desk. Because of them I will not be returning. Drs. Marotta, you need to fix the attitudes of the ladies at the front desk or hire some better human beings otherwise you're never going to earn any repeat business.

Dr. Nick is great and the staff is very helpful.

Made an eye exam appointment one day before but was 15 minutes late on the day. Called them to see if I could still come to my appointment or reschedule for the later of the day but was rejected rudely by their receptionist. I, then, asked if I would be charged and was assured that there would be no charge. So I went to another optician on the same day. When I came home in the evening, found her phone message asking if I would go back for the time I asked earlier because they have a cancellation. A week later, I received a bill from Greenbriar Vision center for missing the appointment. I was shocked because I was not informed about the missing appointment fee when I first made the appointment and was assured of no charging later when I tried hard to make my appointment to see their doctor. Apparently this is a clinic that does not care about patients and put profit above ethics.

Dr. Sandra is great. Been a patient there for many years. The staff is great too.

I've had difficulty with vision prescriptions for years, which have caused other doctors to give up on me or laugh in my face and tell me I was wrong and they were right. Dr. Nick was understanding and patient, and over four visits we figured out the issue that an opthamologist failed to diagnose. I highly recommend this office.

They never know what they're talking about. The front desk ladies are not welcoming, and are impatient while explaining prices/insurance deals. I repeatedly get different information from each worker. Very frustrating and unwelcoming, not to mention expensive.
