After several years of using Eye Physicians for my eye care needs I feel like being a loyal customer doesn't mean nothing to Eye Physicians. Instead it's all about money and my reason is: In 2018 my medicaid program paid for my eye exam and I only had to pay $35.00 for my contacts. 2019 I had to pay the office visit of $125.00 and .0. for my contacts which were by the way changed from night and day to air optics which apparently are the cheapest you can get....because they were causing problems within a week of wear. They stay constantly dry and I'm having to use eye solution numerous times during the day. I don't understand why I was treated like this but I will not continue using Eye Physicians services. Unfortunately I am on limited income and my medicaid only pays for one visit per year.
