Went to them several years ago when we were new to the area, were told our insurance covered their office. Turns out it didn't and they never mention it to us while there. We only did eye exams and ended up having to pay thousands because of it. They didn't even try and work with us, I would never go there again.

From when I walked in to check in I was greeted in a pleasant manor. Very professional. I had a very minimal wait if any before a Technician called me back to obtain a history and reason why I was in for my oppointment. He did my eye examine right away and explained to me everything he was doing. Which gave me confidence in my concerns. I waited a very short time for the Doctor. He introduced himself and asked what brought me in today to see him. I explained my concerns and he proceeded to examine my eyes and actually explaining his findings to me as he was examining my eyes. When he finished he gave me options with explanations of my needs. No pressure from him. I left knowing what I needed. Very good experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Five out of five from me. I appreciated there help. Scott Larsen

I've been seeing Doctors Hess, Wallin, and Washburn for over 20 years - they are great! I've had some unique issues with one of my eyes. Dr. Hess met me outside of work hours to help me with an emergency, where he quickly and correctly diagnosed my problem (which a previous doc had missed) and put me on the path to a quick recovery. They also employ friendly and efficient staff members. I've never had a bad experience - highly recommended!

Dr. Mark Hill performed my cataract surgery in October/November 2017. He explained the procedure thoroughly, answered all my questions, calmed my fears. Office visits before and after surgery were never hurried. His staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I'd recommend Dr. Hill and Insight Eye Specialists completely!

The wait in this place it's ridiculous, every appointment we are literally here about two hours, we have to wait 1:30 just for the doctot to come to the room, nice Doctors just need to handle their schedules better.

went to three different doctors for a growth on my upper eyelid, one was at a clinic and one was another opthamologist. I spent 600.00 seeing the other doctor who just gave me eye drops all the time and told me I might need a biopsy. Went to Dr. Wallin, and he felt like it was a calcium deposit in my eyelid and after the initial appointment scheduled an in office procedure to cut it out. Anyway the whole thing only cost me 100.00 and it was just a calcium stone and my eye is great now. the funny thing is I put up with that calcium stone scraping my eye for several years, when you find a good doctor they do make your life easier.

Dr. Wallin was ok. Wasn't super impressed though. Last visit the Dr was running an hour behind. No apology offered. The staff at the front counter seemed a little snobbish. Was interested in Lasik but they didn't really give me much info. They didn't seem very interested in selling the Lasik surgery. I went here because my family doctor referred me for an eye issue. I will be looking at other places for Lasik. Also a heads up for others, they do not take vision insurance. So unless you can run it through your medical insurance you will be paying out of pocket.

I took my 2 year old here and they were so good with her. They were very thorough. It’s amazing what they can do. We will defiantly be back to see Dr Hill again.

Dr. Hill has done an amazing job in restoring my sight after I had developed cataracts. The surgery and recovery were pain free and I felt completely at ease. He was so attentive to my individual needs and worked with me to make it not only affordable but is determined to give me the best sight possible without additional corrective lenses. Knowing from experience how precious sight is, I would recommend Dr. Hill to anyone who has any sight issue.

Recently, at both appointments I waited an hour after the technician checked me in. It was only because I alerted someone to my wait that I saw the doctor sooner. Ridiculous.

I have never in all my life been treated by a office staff or a more caring Dr. Then Insight Eye Specialists, and the incredible Dr. HILL!!! I had to have cataracts removed in both eyes and pretty quickly. But was very nervous due to some other physical disabilities that had me nervous....But Dr. HILL reassured me we could do this and well.....He was absolutely correct and today he said the surgeries where very successful and to tell you the truth I couldn't be more HAPPY! He is amazing! As well as his staff! So if you are dreading any procedures don't be because they are like angels sent from above and take very good care of you! Thank you Dr. HILL.
