I was told that this is the busiest Costco in the state. I can't confirm or deny that statement, but it is certainly busy in there! That said, there are always delicious samples and the great variety of food and other products you'd expect from Costco. Also, this particular store has the lowest gas prices I've seen, which is, in large part, why I frequent it. :)

Usually stock pretty well except for one time they ran out of water the Kirkland brand. And if you think they don't carry a certain product usually get look around sometimes they move it.

Costco is my favorite store, and while I typically don't enjoy shopping, I always enjoy going to Costco, and here's why: First, you get to buy food and household items in bulk at reduced and very reasonable, if not great, prices. Second, it's always fun to peruse the items that they carry in the center of the store. They are always rotating their selection and you never know what great deals you'll find on furniture, clothes, etc. Third, free food samples. Need I say more? Getting a Costco card is definitely worth the purchase. Oh, and don't forget to check out their photo center too. You can get photo printouts at great prices.

Great store for items in bulk and great prices! If you see something you like, don't wait to get it cause it won't he there the next time you go to shop. Employees are nice and helpful but you can tell the people that do the samples aren't happy or just annoyed. Once they set out a try of samples, people dart in to grab several little samples without regards to anyone else around them! Watch out!!! The kids also love the food in the food court area. Great prices for what you get!

Best time to go on a Saturday is right when they open. There were a few vendor samples (not store samples) going even. Passport photos there were fast and way cheaper than other stores. They even were good with a toddler and a baby.

This is a great Costco for students needs! However, this is a smaller Costco, carrying limited varieties of their supplies for college aged adults. Also, usually relatively busy. But the associates are definitely friendly, the store is well maintained. For good for individuals shopping needs.

I enjoy shopping at Costco! It has cool products to look at, and there's a variety of novelty foods to choose from. They always have free samples so you can try new things. They have healthy food options, as well as delicious treats and cakes. You have to buy things in bulk here, so I don't go when I'm shopping for just me and my fiancee. I find most of my Christmas presents for people here in their book and clothes section. My favorite part, as I'm sure most would agree, is their food court. They serve very tasty hot food, and you can buy some lunch or dinner after doing the grocery shopping! This location is always clean, and though there's often a long line for the checkout, they move quickly enough. The staff is helpful and nice.

Dont get the acai bowl here because the workers will hollow out the acai portion. The one in Ogden, UT Costco dont hollow out the center. Costco needs to standardize how they serve the acai bowl.

This is one of the more busier Costcos I've ever shopped at. Parking can be hard to come by, especially on a Saturday. (And not a reflection of Costco, but watch out for aggressive drivers in the lot!) Standard selection of Costco goods. Like other Costco stores, it's hard to find anyone who works there to help you find something. But I will say that they have one of the efficient checkout operations. Even when the lines are several people deep, they move quickly to get everyone served.

Well it is the day before Mother's Day... So it was a mad house. But despite the crowd, the workers out on the floor and behind the register were, as always, friendly, helpful, and Knowledgeable. The flowers I picked up were very nice and the samples were delicious. Went for flowers and left with almost a full cart of deliciousness.

I love this place. Things to know before you go. 1. Have your card out. We are required to show our cards. We are informed of this when we join. This helps the supervisors know how many registers to have open. If you have it ready before you get ito if your car you won't have to block the entrance door to get your card out. 2. Yes, it's busy, people love this place. So it's often busy. Slowest times are usually Sunday or weekdays around noon. 3. They don't have bags. This cuts down on waste. If you want bags feel free to bring your own or there are reusable ones you can pick up at the store, usually. But boxes are an option too. 4. Your receipt will be checked as you leave. This is to make sure you are not over charged and to be sure the checker didn't miss something. This is nothing personal. Just policy.

We try to only come on Sundays tought because every other day of the week is a nightmare when trying to park, navigate the store and checkout (not that it's entirely the store's fault.. Just wish the checkout was more efficient somehow).

DO NOT BUY TIRES AT COSTCO! I really enjoy Costco - and spend too much money there honestly. I would even recommended buying tires there (i did because it was a good deal). However, I now regret that decision. The tire service center is terrible. It's hot garbage. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated (a free service if you buy the tires there). Simple enough. Just so happened I was there the day before and saw no one in line or waiting at the tire service center. I asked if I could just do the rotation then. Nope, they had appointments on the books. That's fine, I understand. My wife went back the next day for our appointment. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, my wife went back to the tire service counter where she saw they hadn't even started our vehicle. So, at 7 months pregnant she continued to try to entertain a toddler around the store. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, the vehicle was done. They let me know that I was missing a lug nut on one of my tires. Funny they should notice, just so happens that at the last "appointment" (and I use that term very loosely), they handed me said lug nut and said, "Sorry, this won't go back on. You're going to have to get that re-threaded and fixed." Why do I have to do that - they are the ones that took it off! I asked them if they could do that - nope. They don't do those services there. That's fine, but why is it my responsibility to clean up their error? So, thanks Costco tire service center. I now have an angry pregnant wife and toddler who wasted 2 hours waiting for a 15-20 minute service with an "appointment", and a broken lug nut which wasn't broken when I brought the vehicle in (but is now). Not the type of service you expect from Costco. I've enjoyed every other aspect of Costco, just avoid the tire service center!

Heads up, samples come out at 11, but aren't ready until roughly 11:15. But the store is good. We love the Flautas and other yummy food. Bulk is nice for several things, just depends on your situation.

Great place great shopping except that they still do not let you have your member card on your phone. Please catch up with the times. No one who isn't a baby boomer wants to carry another card around in a wallet. I carry 4-5 cards because they are all required daily or I'm legally required to do so. I really don't want to carry another card around just in case I need to make a Costco run in my way home once a month. Build an app or let people use some other way please!

I went on Christmas Eve and it wasn't insanely busy! The lines moved along quickly and the staff were as busy as ever but still friendly.

The food court here is not my absolute favorite....things are just slightly different than the one in Orem which is sort of our "home" Costco... But as always Costco is Costco and everybody is helpful and friendly....

We enjoy our weekly visits to this location. My only suggestion would be for the cashiers: please stop sharing your preferences on what you think the shopper should have left in the cart or taken out of the cart while checking out. Every one has a different opinion. Does it really matter in the grand scheme of things? Does expression your opinion improve the overall customer service experience? No...no it does not. This Costco is very busy. If you don't want to wait in line don't go. The last time we went there was a group of mangers chatting while every line was over 5-6 people long. An increase in checkout lines would make the experience significantly better.

Gotta love this place, FIRST AND FOREMOST, for the price they have on fruits/veggies. As a family that eats a lot of these, daily, there's really no comparison to Costco prices/selection. We generally opt for organic, and THANK GOODNESS COSTCO SELL ORGANIC offerings...and a lot of them. We live in Saratoga Springs, we are VERY EXCITED for their new location to be built closer to us. It will be our go-to for most grocery needs. Also, I love how simple their return process is, and how their system tracks all your purchases, so "do you have a receipt" isn't a huge need/stressor. They know what you buy, and they will try and make it right, quickly.

I like everything about Costco except the wait at checkout and then again trying to leave the building. I wonder how often this check at the door prevents theft (which I assume is the point of checking receipts) or catches errors (which is what Costco claims is the purpose of the check), relative to the thousands of hours collectively wasted by customers standing in line. For these reasons I avoid making small purchases at Costco. This location now has kiosks which allow customers to pre order and pay for items at the food court which I find super helpful and convenient.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very capable of answering all of my technical questions. I just recently moved into a new apartment and this was my first time buying a TV, so it was really reassuring to have such incredible staff who knew what they were doing and were able to give great recommendations. Costco consistently has some of the best deals, service, and culture around and I love stopping by even if it's just to window shop.

This store, while it does have competitive prices, does need some work. Being the only Costco within 20 miles, the store is always overcrowded and difficult to get anything. Costco is a wonderful place, but this store is not one of my favorites, if you are in a rush, it it probably a better idea to drive a little farther and get out quickly than go here on a weekend or holiday.

The hustle and bustle of everyday life can be a drab when the opportunity comes to replenish the plate is a need. As a business man I find it a blessing to come and to Cosco and get what I need for that replenishment. Their food area is great to sit down and eat. During the week I like to stop and enjoy the side snacks while purchasing my merchandise. It makes me want more when I come. They have great prices and deals for the business. Their prices have really climbed and it's almost impossible to get help on the floor. I just went to Sam's with my sister in Vegas and some of our staples (like protein drinks) were even 50% cheaper (with a four dollar discount). There were a lot of things that were less expensive than the Vegas Costco we'd been to the day before. If we lived closer to Sam's, I'd switch.

A great place to find deals and quality bulk items you won't find anywhere else. Well worth the membership for the bulk items alone. The store 'experience' can be jarring, as it's quite a bit different than other stores. Your membership is checked at the door, and the majority of items are stored on pallets, and usually wont be in the exact same place the next time you visit. If you're just shopping for one, you probably should look elsewhere, since almost everything is sold in packs of two or more. Also, one of the few places in Utah Valley that carries Prime meats.

Costco is a crazy place. They have good deals on bulk items. An annual membership is required to shop there. Just get ready to navigate the crowds with your oversized shopping cart. Don't forget to get a hotdog on the way out!

I love Costco, but I'm very disappointed that they took away the vegan salad option from this location. It was extremely exciting for me that Costco was becoming more inclusive to different diets, and the salad was delicious. Now that it is off the menu, my only option for a real lunch as vegetarian is to get the Caesar salad and pick off the chicken. With the vegan salad, I had the opportunity to have protein as well! Please consider bringing back the vegan salad option!

I'm a Costco consumer and I love all the merchandise, but this Lehi location is too busy hence only a 4 star rating. I dread shopping here when the entire North Utah county east and west also shops here. The lines are really long (including the gas pumps) and it can get so crowded. For that reason, I try to go to the Orem location as it's much more of an enjoyable shopping experience. Hopefully soon they will build another one to take the pressure off this location. I think this has the highest sales of any Costco anywhere.

It was acceptable except for some reason when returning something over 100 dollars like I did today they were trying to find out who bought the item just to do it which would've been fine I don't mind a little bit of waiting but they couldn't figure out how to call a BMW dealership from which we got the product from and get the membership of the person who bought it which is completely unbelievable considering the only thing you have to do is look it up on Google it's not that hard but I was sitting there like 20 minutes just to get the thing that they didn't even get in the end and I only got 100 back of the 160 that the item costs so that was super lame and if that didn't give you a way to look at their incompetence then the stupidity they think their customers have will most of the things at this store are way overpriced I recommend going to walmart which you don't need a stupid unnecessary membership to go to moral of the story go to a cheaper store.

What can I say? It's Costco it's awesome. I do notice that Sam's club beats are prices these days but it is nice to be in a place that's a little more upbeat than Sam's club. And the gas is always cheaper today it was $0.20 cheaper. but sometimes it's only $0.05 cheaper than other places it just depends. They say when the gas prices going down Costco beats other places more because they sell a lot of gas

Listen. It’s Costco. If you can get out of there under $100 you’re winning! Either way I love Costco. Always a bit busy. Always plenty of parking. Always very clean and stalled when I’ve visited. Worth the membership fees, IMO.

Costco is great. We been there when it was extremely busy to the point where we had to park in a different parking lot just to get in and we still got through the check out faster than Walmart on a semi busy day. Keep doing what you're doing Costco the service is worth the cost of membership. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful.

I've downgraded from 5 stars to three for one reason. Pepsi products at the fountain. To add insult to injury it's the foamiest fountain on the planet. I mean, seriously, it takes at least tens of seconds for the foam to die down. Ain't nobody got time for dat! Give me non-super-foam diet coke and you get my 5 stars in an instant.

Come on. You gotta love Costco. In my mind the only club store worth having a membership in, and I spent years being loyal to Sam's Club up North. Awesome selection, grocery section is HUGE! Savings all over the place. Fun media section that never fails to impress or draw my eye. Even the check outs are painless, line or no line. Great electronics, seasonal, pharmacy, baby, clothing, shoes, and you have to love the vendors with their outrageously cool products! Last time I went they had a footpad that vibrated so intensely it improved your bloodflow as if you had walked briskly for a mile. Plus this is a great place to grab lunch or even dinner at an unbelievably low cost. I swear the diner loses money on its food it sells it for so cheap. Large pizza, any topping - $10 hot and ready. More than enough food for a six person family like mine.

Why do I love Costco so much? It’s because they have everything I’ll ever need. I love the authenticity of items they carry there and they are always so delicious. I also recently had a baby and I am so obsessed with the Kirkland brand. I have purchased the Kirkland formula, diapers, and wipes. They are just as good, if not better, than the top name brands. I also have had a great experience with the photo center. I am currently decorating my house and I have had the photo center turn my pictures or downloadables from Etsy into beautiful canvas portraits! EVERYTHING IS BETTER FROM COSTCO!!!

Simply put, the best place for most of your grocery needs. Produce is a little expensive but the quality is the best. Everything else you will find the best bargains. Also, excellent prices for electronics. I used Costco travel services for my family's last trip to Disneyland and the ticket prices were good and the hotel prices were very good and to top it off we also got a sizable gift card to get souvenirs. Throw in the perks like excellent food court with rock bottom prices and access to Costco gas that always have the lowest prices and membership rewards such as cash back when using Costco's credit card in and out if the store and extended warranty on item purchased. I have yet to find a better all in one store that meets my needs while feeling appreciated by the atmosphere and employees.

This is for the Costco InstaCart online shopping experience. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! MY ORDER WAS OVER $50 MORE EXPENSIVE!!! I WANTED TO SAVE TIME AND HASSLE. I have two babies and thought I'd try this service so I can save a trip and not wake them up from a nap. This is just crazy to me. Horrible. Makes me sick to my stomach. And I spend another 30min on the phone trying to get an explanation to why it was so pricey
