I have been going to Dr. Le for the last few years now. She's very friendly and very detailed with her exams. She takes the time to understand her patients and suggests whatever is medically necessary. The staff here is also friendly and helpful when it comes to choosing from the many frames in the office. I would highly recommend this office.

Don't go if you want a complete prescription! First the exam was quick, I could not hear the examiner after all was done she walked me out to pay, then the front people said something to her and she took me back to explain one of the extra tests they did, she made no since and I don't know what the heck she said so I guess i blew an extra $20 for nothing. So I take my prescription to get my safety glasses like always, when I asked about the split vision so I could read while wearing the glasses they said sorry this is for distance only which was marked clearly on the prescription. I took the prescription back to TSO and they said that the safety glass place is supposed to do that. funny but everywhere else I have gone over the years has always had it marked on my prescription. Guess I will have to go get my eyes checked elsewhere again. Stay away from this TSO.

"Eye" Really Love This TSO Yesterday, I had an appointment at the office of Dr. Lisa Le-Telfair TSO. Although Dr. Le was away from the office, I still received an EXCELLENT level of care from Dr. Nguyen who took Dr. Le's patient load. If I could take the entire TSO staff to other physicians' offices then, that is exactly what I would do. From the moment that you first walk through the door, you are greeted with smiles. When the time comes for your appointment, the optical technicians thoroughly explain the appointment process and they gladly address any concerns that you may have. Once you are sent to an exam room, the wait time is very short, less than 7 minutes. Dr. Nguyen listened to my vision woes and then she told me the outcome of my examination and what follow-up procedures that I should take if my vision problem changes quickly. Of course, I have to say thank you to Dr. Le's optician Terry. Terry is such a joy to work with. He establishes a rapport with you while doing measurements and refinements to prescription. In the past, people would frown whenever you said the name Texas State Optical. Well, that TSO is no longer around. Make room for the digital TSO. I highly recommend Dr. Le and her staff to take are of your vision needs. Schedule an appointment with them, you will be pleased.

I am very picky with my eyes. I love having sharp vision. Dr. Le was very patient with me and took her time to make sure my vision was right. Not only do I have the best vision I've ever had, I have the coolest Tom Ford glasses in the history of the universe.

Dr. Le has been my optometrist of choice for over 15 years! She takes care of my whole family, including my kids as soon as they could sit still and read the eye charts. They have a great selection of glasses at reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly and supportive, the office is always clean and professional. Conveniently located right off 59, and there’s always plenty of parking. We highly recommend TSO Telfair!

This was a year or so back, I don't know how did this doctor remove my review which I gave 2 stars earlier. The doctor was ok.. she gave my wife wrong prescription and we had knew about it only after receiving the glasses. Pushy staff.. the big guy who tells you about the cost of your prescription glasses was very rude too. After the check up was complete I told her we will get the glasses from Costco as they had better choices and cheaper too, and then the sales pitch began. We ended up going to Dr Cherri at Costco.. by the way you don't have to be a member to go to her. She was faaaar better and personable.

Dr Lisa Le is professional yet friendly and never makes us feel rushed during my first visit. The glasses and contacts we ordered were ready very fast and stand behind their products. She had me try out a new nice frames to see if it would help my hard to fit prescription. When I spoke to Dr. Lisa Le she helped me understand what the results of my exam were. The location is also very nice and friendly with lot of FREE parking. All of the staff are also very helpful and nice, and competent - something that was lacking at my previous optometrist! Highly recommend.
