4.5 stars (-.5 so folks don’t assume it’s a fake positive review & because of the sticker shock) I visited to search for new eyeglasses based on the positive reviews. I had lowered my expectations because I was skeptical all the perfect reviews could be fake. To my pleasant surprise, I discovered that the reviews were will earned. Sally was helping a customer when I entered and had 2 others waiting, yet she took the time to welcome me and let me know they’d be with me shortly. After a few minutes of waiting, Julie came and introduced herself to assist me. After asking a bit about my preferences she pulled about a dozen frames for me to try. And then pulled another 2 dozen more. After going through them all I found 3 strong contenders in some amazing color options. Next Sally came out to make adjustments for the frames to get the right fit. Usually when I go to the chain eye stores, service is a toss up and I’m lucky if I can even find one frame I like. The price point is higher than the chain stores, but they carry what appear to be higher quality frames and provide a much more personal touch. When I decided on my favorites in a color they didn’t have in the store, Sally offered to have them sent in just for me to try out without any commitment from me. I was apprehensive about the price, but then considered, if they are more durable than other frames, they will be well worth the price. I strongly recommend giving them a visit to experience the finest customer service I can recall receiving in an eyeglass store, and that’s saying a great deal.

A very stylish client of mine referred me to Sally's when I mentioned I had to replace my beloved red glasses. I took her advice and stopped by; I had an exceptional experience. The service at this boutique is impeccable. The associates have a very good eye and an obvious passion for getting their customers into the best frames for them. Sally's is full of chic, avant-garde frames entirely different than what you would find in a chain or mall eyeglass store. I went in wanting to approximate my old red glasses but left with a pair of tortoise and purple frames that were even more gorgeous and flattering than the ones I was replacing. Some reviewers have mentioned the prices, which, yes, are a little higher than cheap and boring mall stores, but the products and services cannot be compared. All of Sally's frames are couture and exceptionally designed and crafted. After all, your glasses are going to be the first thing anyone sees when they look at you... they should be fabulous!

Someone at a concert saw my old glasses and commented that they were cool......you should check out Sally's. Well a month or two later I forgot the name Sally's, googled cool glasses in Charlotte, and knew Sally was the place. I hate driving into Charlotte and there is little to usually make me do it...........but Sally courteously answered my emails and set up an appointment for me at the time I requested. As soon as I arrived I knew the trip I had made was not going to be a waste. It wasn't. Sally's is to those who appreciate uniqueness what a candy store is to a child. HEAVEN. She adeptly picked out a variety of glasses and we split them into groups and slowly narrowed the field. I wish I could have purchased them all, but her frames, being one of a kind, do not come cheap. I simply state this--the prices are what they are---presumably the retail listed price for what are truly unique and high quality pieces of art. She has sought out the most amazing and incredible collection I have seen (except outside of the United States on trips abroad). I would describe her frames as "BC" aka BEYOND COOL! The combination of an amazing assortment of frames, gracious and friendly care makes this THE place to shop for glasses for those who appreciate the out of the ordinary. Thanks Sally!

I have been using Sally as an optician for the past four years as I moved from a fan to an owner of the Theo brand of eyewear. From our first visit, I knew that she was gifted in finding just the right pair of glasses to bring you out of your comfort zone. I have since purchased five pairs from her and appreciate her prompt service and willingness to work with me keeping my eye doctor in one city and using her services in Charlotte. The most difficult part is certainly getting in and out of the complex but she has a really cute shop with wonderful chests full of amazing frames.
