Have been here before. Brought my elderly mother here (she is in a wheelchair). No greeting when customers entered the door (a smile and a "Good Morning! Welcome to Harrington's" would suffice). Office is not set up to accommodate those customers in wheelchairs. Did not get the feeling that the staff put the customer first. Makes me not want to come back.

The black woman that makes the orders for contacts and or lenses is very rude and obnoxious! No customer service training AT ALL!!

Harrington 2151 w evans street has become better and better over time and i believe now have the best core of employees that they have ever had. The optometrist was very patient and thorough, and the optician was very intelligent and in tune to what i was looking for in glasses.

Had a great experience with Harrington's and wanted to share. Had an eye exam and purchased my glasses at the downtown store but went to this one to get them adjusted because they were a little tight. The staff were very helpful and not the glasses feel great. Thanks!

Harrington Vision is our family’s eyecare provider. I like the hometown business atmosphere of Harrington Vision . They know me and know my family personally, not like the big box chain eyecare businesses who don’t know you . Service at Harrington’s is top notch too!
