They have a nice selection of glasses and fair prices. Where they really excel is in customer service - especially after you buy glasses from them. My son was only three when we started using them for glasses. He damaged his glasses many times through the years, and they always fixed them. I don't remember them ever charging us to fix them either. My kids have eye exams here now that they are older, and the doctor does a great job.

I have been a customer of Eye Design and a patient of Dr. Craig Murtha for several years. Dr. Murtha really cares about his patients and does a very thorough eye exam. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they carry the best frames available. They make the lenses there and you can tell a big difference between their lenses and those from the big box stores. I broke my glasses, brought them into the store, and they were able to fix them in about five minutes. It saved me a lot of time and I was able to wear my glasses and not have to wait for them to be sent somewhere else. You can't go wrong with Dr. Murtha and his staff at Eye Designs.

Working with Christine and her staff is a delight. They are always professional and courteous. I bought new glasses and after a couple of weeks realized the frames just did not work for me. No matter what the adjustment, they were uncomfortable. I went back to Eye Design and they were very understanding and said they would give me a credit for a replacement pair. My wife, autistic son and I have been coming to Eye Design since we moved to Rock Hill seven (7) years ago and they are the best.

My GrandDaughter broke my Daughter's glasses . We brough them to Eye Design to see if they could be repaired . The glasses could be repaired . At one point , all of the Staff. ( 3 ) was helping to find the arms for us. We were more than happy with the end result . A sincere thank You .

This is one of the worst so called business I've ever been too. I drive 30 minutes today to come get an eye exam for this want to be business. I get there a little late because i took the wrong exit because im not from SC. And these idiots instead of them giving me a call to see if im close. Just let me arrive with the eye doc not being there. So i ask them why they couldn't have just gave me a courtesy call to let me know. They woman with an attitude name chris stated we don't do stuff like that. As if a something called a courtesy call was a foreign thing to them. Worst customer service ever. So i left those jackasses and when to Queen city eye center off of providence rd. Which is actually closer and cheaper then those jokes. And way more professional.

I brought my 3 year old son in to look for glasses at Eye Designs today. I had ordered a pair online but they didn't seem fit quite right. The lady we worked with was very helpful. She actually offered to adjust the fit of the pair I brought in and check the prescription! Since this is his first pair she said it may be a good idea to wait a bit and get him used to wearing glasses before investing in another (much more expensive) pair. I can't tell you how much I appreciated this! I was very pleased with my experience and definitely plan to order from them in the near future.
