I showed up 5 or ten minutes early for my appointment. Which was a huge mistake. The wait was about an hour and a half. The glasses are insanely expensive. And after all that, my prescription DOESNT EVEN WORK.

This was literally THE WORST experience in my life. I had to visit the doctor FOUR times because she kept on giving me the wrong prescription. I had to get my glasses remade twice and it’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my new glasses. The doctor was very dishonest and kept on giving me trial contacts to try on for a week and made me come back the following week even though this was not my first time wearing contacts and I already knew which contacts worked best for me. When I called the office to ask the doctor if she can correctly change my prescription, she denied it. I called her twice, but she didn’t even call me back. I called her first time and she said she’ll call around 5pm. She didn’t. So I called again around 5:45pm and the staff said she’ll call within 10 minutes. She didn’t. So I called again, and the store was closed. When I asked the doctor why she didn’t call me back, she said she did call me around 6:30pm but clearly the store closed at 6pm and her number wasn’t in my call history. All the eye appointments I went to before did everything correctly in the first place, but this place was so disorganized and dishonest. Because of wrong prescription and numerous unnecessary appointment visits, my whole family was extremely stressed out and angry. The doctor didn’t even care about her patients’ well being and comfort, and tried to make money. Lastly, the rest of the staff was kind but the one staff at the tiny desk and make calls was extremely rude to me and my parents. She argued with us, gave us dirty stares, and talked behind our back. I cried. My parents argued. Yet, they still haven’t apologized to us. EVERYONE PLEASE TRUST ME AND NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR GLASSES AND CONTACTS! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND I DON’T WANT YOU ALL TO GO THROUGH WHAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH.
