The people there are nice and it is a nice small office, but I’m not sure how professional it is. I went in for an eye exam to get new contactsa month or so ago, and now that I’ve moved and opened the new ones my right eye prescription is off slightly, so I have to get new ones somewhere else. The same visit I took an expensive exam that involved testing for blind spots and they essentially rushed through the test without me fully understanding what I should be doing and afterwards she basically said oh well we’ll do the test again in 6 weeks. They also close at 2 on tuesdays, which was a little inconvenient when trying to reach them for my eye exam info, but they’re open till 6 on Saturday’s? Idk I’m sure some people have had pleasant experiences but looking back I do not think I did.

I’m from out of town and was in need of someone who could quickly fix my glasses. I called multiple places in Newport and nobody said they could help until Newport Eye works. It’s a small shop very clean and the ladies working were nice and very helpful. They worked on my glasses right away
