Love love love this place! After having my prescription from Koch filled at Bling, I knew there was something wrong. I brought my glasses back and was assured that the prescription was filled as written. Seeing that I was frustrated with my new glasses, the owner offered me a free eye exam with Dr. Tong. Turns out that my prescription from Koch was all wrong. Bling offered to replace the lenses in both glasses-FOR FREE! I couldn't be more pleased with Bling Eyewear, and more disappointed with Koch. No more Koch for me. Bling only!!!

She also helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses that I love. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there for a wide variety of designer frames to choose from.

This place is big and have a lot of choices for prescription glasses and sunglasses. . The only thing I didn't like is I had found a pair of a frames I liked but they wouldn't give me the model number of the frames . I'm guessing is because they thought I was going to look for that particular frames somewhere else. .

I had my eyes examined at Bling by Dr Hanson.She was patient and thorough. I've been wearing glasses for almost 50 years, she is a star. I then stepped into the showroom to order new glasses. Great service, great selection. Staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been coming here for a couple years. This place is amazing. Dr. Tong is very patient and listens to all my concerns when fitting me for new contacts. He even had me come back two times to really tweak the lenses to make sure they were perfect for me. I was not charged for these subsequent visits. He truly goes the extra mile. On the store side Bling is beautiful and tasteful. The employees are courteous, helpful, and not aggressive. Definitely recommend this place. The location is convenient too.

Honestly, I was a bit intimidated when I first walked in with my 7 yr old boy who needed glasses. There were chandeliers, signs for "Coach, Prada, Versace"...everyone was dressed lovely; and there was one- on-one service with multiple desks... I thought I wouldn't be able to afford what they offered, and they would be snooty to us. I Was Wrong. I judged a beautiful book by it's cover. Nicole helped us, and she was LOVELY. Kind, patient, polite. First thing she asked was what kind of insurance we had, so I gave her both my sons NHP of RI, and his coverage under his dads high deductible BCBS. She immediately found a bunch of frames that would be free, but little guy didnt like them. Long story short, we went through a few different sets of frames. She made sure the style he chose fit by checking 3 different ways. She was thorough, patient and courteous. When I held my breath asking for the cost, it was well within my budget. I got vcml updates on when the script had been received, when the glasses were ordered, and when they arrived. I cant see us going anywhere else. I highly recommend them, they were womderful.

Heather was sweet, attentive, and she whole heartedly cared about what frames I chose to fit me. To say the least I’m probably one of the pickiest people they have dealt with. I want to thank everyone at bling eyewear for their patience, honesty and helpfulness. This is an establishment that takes pride in what they do. They aren’t here to just sell you a pair of glasses and rush you out the door. This is quality and customer service at its finest! I have been going to Bling for about 7 yrs now. I love the staff and Dr. Hogan is the best! I go once a year and they always remember me and treat me like family. I always get my glasses in the time frame they estimate and they are very helpful with any issues or adjustments to my glasses. I can't say enough about them.

Katherine Hogan was a great doctor. I haven't had an eye exam since grade school or maybe the 6th grade. It felt amazing to find the root of the problem which in fact was that in order for my headaches to go away I need to wear glasses, a choice I am willing to make. The whole team is helpful and very caring of their customers. My 12 year old broke her glasses the second time this month and needed it for her exams the next day. I brought her to the Cranston location after her after school program, around 4:30PM. Her lenses where too scratched up and non of the frames in store would fit them anyways. The store was soon to close and we thought we were going to leave without. Heather and her team not only called and had frames aswell as her prescription lenses rushed over but kept the store open a little longer to make sure my child was able to leave with glasses ❤

My advice to everyone is to put a good amount of money in your flexible spending account for a hot pair of glasses. Then head down to Bling Eyewear and check out the amazing selection of frames they have from all the top designers. The staff will help you discover a look you probably never thought would look good on you. It's like what not to wear for people who are stuck in the same old glasses year after year. Hey you wear your glasses on your face where everybody is looking so why not make them look twice.

Dr Tong and the staff are excellent however, the price for my glasses are very expensive. I have a very heavy prescription that required very specific lenses, which costed over a thousand dollars with the frame at Bling. So I took the prescription and ordered my glasses elsewhere for less. I do highly recommend Dr Tong for the eye examine.

I have been getting eye exams and glasses for about 40 years now, and Bling has provided absolutely the best service, and I think, best quality exam I have ever received. The choice of designer frames exceeded all expectations. I went there originally 2 years ago for a unique pair of eye glasses and have returned again for the same. Dr. Evan Tong was personal, professional and explained everything during the exam about my eye condition. The eye wear staff, including Marlene and the owner, spent over two hours with me patiently helping me pick out the right pair of glasses for my features and style. Yes, many of these frames are high end, but that's what I was looking for. I will absolutely look to them for my contacts, future eye wear purchases and exams.
