They do not honor warranties. I have never dealt with any eye place that gave me such a hard time with a manufacturer warranty. They basically called me a liar and acted like they knew what happened, which all that happened was I went to the wrong place to buy glasses . I will never go here again. They are all about making money and not about customers. Awful place.

My boyfriend has gone here for years and he loves it. All the staff is great. Recently observed the male Dr helping out a patient and he was amazing and so attentive. It’s nice seeing people enjoying their jobs.

I have been going here for nearly 25 years... They're wonderful. Tammy is a great doctor, very thorough and kind. Jeff, the owner, stocks a great selection of glasses and is super friendly. Kim, the receptionist, couldn't be nicer. They're all super accommodating, too. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Main Optical for over 25 years, back when Jeff had his "old place" lol. You honestly can't find better service, selection or people. From the moment you walk in Kimmy is there always smiling helping you with your needs. Tammy is brilliant! She gives a thorough exam, and makes you feel comfortable all the while explaining everything. And Jeff.. you can't find a better person. Love the care, personalized attention and customer service that I receive at Main Optical. I have been a customer for over 10 years and return year year for my yearly exam and to get new glasses. Jeff the owner was extremely patient and helpful in my transition from single vision to progressive lenses. They can actually make the lenses for you on-site and provide an awesome warranty. They also work with most insurances and have worked with my insurance company year. I recommend Main Optical in Luzerne PA to anyone that needs help with their vision!

Been here a few times years ago. They repaired walmart glasses totally for free when I needed them fixed in a pinch. The lenses were shot and looked almost like new after. Then probably almost a year after, I finally went there to spend money on new glasses. Got my exam and lenses there, frame elsewhere. I assumed glasses were glasses but wow, new higher end lenses and an actual eye exam really made things so much more clear and sharp to look at. Then a year later, I think literally 2 days before my warranty expired on the lenses and coatings, they still had them replaced and swapped out free of charge. Finally broke another frame recently and was looking at opticians hours in my area to buy a new one and I saw the name. Thought it was a shame I never reviewed them. When I am finally not frugal and decide to buy another pair of glasses, i'll be stopping in here first.

My 16 year old daughter spent months trying to find a new pair of frames. We finally found them at Main Optical! The selection is great - many unique styles to choose from. We also had the chance to speak with the Optometrist who was super friendly and engaging. You could tell he wanted to make sure we understood what we were ordering and that we were satisfied. ***** 5 Star service *****

Everyone here is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The optician, Jeff, is able to help you pick out frames that really suit you and honest about ones that will not be flattering. Every single time, I end up getting the ones he suggested bc they really do look best. Dr. Warmouth is kind, thorough and is genuinely concerned about, not only the health of your eyes, but everything in your lifestyle that effects your eyes. Years ago, before I knew about Main Optical, I went to one of those cheap chain places. Well, you get what you pay for! The prices here are very reasonable! 20+ years ago I was paying almost double what Main Optical charges now. I drive 40 minutes to go here and I recommend them to everyone.
