This place is one by far one of the worse labs to ever use, had a swiss flex that after a month suddenly appears out of nowhere after having discussion with supervisors and staff members that said nothing seems to show in there system. The rep was no help as well. Bad service all the way around. Stay away.

12 days to do swiss flex job. Lost job. They never call back. At edger for days. Bad gradient tint. A straight line no gradient. Asked for AR and didn't get it . I would not us them except for the monopoly on Swiss flex. Take away they just don't care.

Had a job for Safety eyewear started on 3/7. they were supposed to supply the frame. The frame did not get ordered until the 13th. I get a phone call today that the lens failed inspection. I have tried time and time again because I like the sales rep, but the lab is worse than hot garbage. they should sell to Essilor... it may actually improve their quality....

When you call on hold forever, turn around time horrible, expensive. When they got swiss flex I stopped selling the line, to not deal with them.

Totally dropped the ball with one of our orders from losing the patient's own frame to then not matching the swissflex to what the patient had. From start to finish this was the first time we used this lab and it will be our last.
