My son smashed his frames on a Saturday night...the first day of school was Monday. I was panicked. I sent a message through the website, never expecting an answer over the weekend. Not only did they respond right away, but they met me at the office on a Sunday (when they are closed) and helped us by putting his lenses in a loaner frame. My family will never go anywhere else. ❤
